摘 要
律師執業(yè)風(fēng)險已經(jīng)成為阻礙我國律師業(yè)健康、有序發(fā)展的1大疾患。如何正確認識與解決律師執業(yè)風(fēng)險問(wèn)題已是迫在眉睫。提高執業(yè)律師地位、轉變司法人員觀(guān)念、完善相關(guān)立法，是解決律師執業(yè)風(fēng)險問(wèn)題的重要途徑和措施，它對于改善整個(gè)司法環(huán)境具有10分重要的意義。
