神華黃驊港務(wù)公司未來(lái)財務(wù)規劃探究論文

　　摘 要

　　在現代企業(yè)管理中企業(yè)財務(wù)戰略的研究已經(jīng)成為重要研究?jì)热�，在�?jīng)濟國際化和國內改革的大環(huán)境下，現代企業(yè)所面臨的管理環(huán)境越來(lái)越復雜且多變，一個(gè)依托于企業(yè)總體戰略、適應企業(yè)外部及內部環(huán)境、順應促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展的財務(wù)戰略，對于維持企業(yè)的可持續發(fā)展是十分必要和重要的。

　　國際貿易和物流行業(yè)正在飛速發(fā)展，港口在其發(fā)展中占有十分重要的地位。順應環(huán)境，我國的港口行業(yè)也正在積極發(fā)展當中，港口帶來(lái)了巨大的經(jīng)濟效益，國家也執行港口發(fā)展帶動(dòng)沿海整體發(fā)展的重要發(fā)展戰略。在經(jīng)濟一體化的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中，中國港務(wù)業(yè)機遇和挑戰并存，因此，更需要通過(guò)適合的企業(yè)財務(wù)戰略，保障企業(yè)活力、提高企業(yè)的競爭力和綜合能力。本文研究的是神華黃驊港務(wù)公司的財務(wù)戰略。作為我國新興的現代化港口航運企業(yè)，神華黃驊港務(wù)有公司負責黃驊港的開(kāi)發(fā)、建設和運營(yíng)，黃驊港是我國西煤東運第二條大通道的出�？�，也是神華系統工程的重要構成部分。

　　本文以企業(yè)戰略和財務(wù)戰略的相關(guān)理論作為基礎，通過(guò)研究國內外財務(wù)戰略的相關(guān)著(zhù)作、文獻，對神華黃驊港務(wù)公司外部、內部財務(wù)戰略環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析，同時(shí)借鑒國內外港口的財務(wù)戰略經(jīng)驗和方法，為神華黃驊港務(wù)公司制定一個(gè)符合總體戰略目標的財務(wù)戰略，促進(jìn)其今后的發(fā)展�；�于神華黃驊港重要的經(jīng)濟地位，其財務(wù)戰略研究在這一行業(yè)中也具有代表意義，希望借通過(guò)分析研究神華黃驊港務(wù)公司財務(wù)戰略情況，能夠在港口的實(shí)際經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中有效運用財務(wù)戰略思想，能夠為科學(xué)進(jìn)行港口財務(wù)管理提供參考，為建立完善一套針對性較強的適合我國港務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的財務(wù)戰略發(fā)展體系奠定基礎。

　　Abstract

　　For the research on enterprise financial strategy is an important research field of modernenterprise management, in the background of economic globalization and domestic reform,the modern enterprise in the complex, changing management environment, for the sustainabledevelopment of enterprises, from the point of view of the enterprise itself, it is very necessaryand important to develop a consistent with the internal and external environment, enterprisesupport the overall strategy for enterprise development, the enterprise financial strategy.

　　The port plays an important role in international trade and logistics industry, China's portindustry is under active development, with the port development driven coastal overalldevelopment is the important development strategy of China's current economic benefitsbrought by port, be obvious to people. In the economic integration of the market environment,China port industry opportunities and challenges, therefore, need more through the enterprisefinancial strategy suitable, guarantee the vitality of enterprises, improve the competitivenessof enterprises and comprehensive ability. This study is the Shenhua Huanghua Port LiabilityCompany's financial strategy. As China's emerging modern port shipping company, ShenhuaHuanghua port Huanghua port company responsible for the operation, the port of Huanghua isChina's second west east coal a major thoroughfare to the sea, and is an important part ofShenhua system engineering.

　　In this paper, based on the related theories of enterprise strategy and financial strategy,the financial strategy research at home and abroad related books, literature, the ShenhuaHuanghua Port Liability Company external, internal financial strategic environment areanalyzed, at the same time, learn from experience and methods of financial strategy ofdomestic and foreign ports, the formulation conforms to its overall strategic objectives for thefinancial strategy, promote its future the development of.
