太古地產(chǎn)(中國)商業(yè)地產(chǎn)人才計劃,是為中國內地各大院校優(yōu)秀的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生度身制定的培訓計劃。在2年的培訓過(guò)程中,通過(guò)完善的崗位培訓、個(gè)人能力的開(kāi)發(fā)、以及在專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域中學(xué)習不同工作內容,讓同學(xué)們在專(zhuān)業(yè)、務(wù)實(shí)的工作環(huán)境里學(xué)習廣泛的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識并樹(shù)立自信心,為在太古地產(chǎn)建立長(cháng)遠事業(yè)打下優(yōu)良的基礎。

2013太古地產(chǎn)(中國)商業(yè)地產(chǎn)人才計劃招聘內容

1.商業(yè)地產(chǎn)人才計劃包括兩個(gè)項目- 物業(yè)工程計劃和物業(yè)營(yíng)運及市場(chǎng)計劃

2.北京及廣州兩地同時(shí)招聘優(yōu)秀人才加入物業(yè)工程計劃和物業(yè)營(yíng)運及市場(chǎng)計劃

3.大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,不限城市、不限學(xué)校。

4.專(zhuān)業(yè)要求

a)物業(yè)工程計劃專(zhuān)業(yè)要求-機電或土建相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)

b)物業(yè)營(yíng)運及市場(chǎng)計劃不限專(zhuān)業(yè)

5.畢業(yè)時(shí)間在2011年至2013年7月之間,且截至2012年12月底全職工作時(shí)間不超過(guò)2年;

6.申請北京職位的同學(xué),需在北京工作并長(cháng)期發(fā)展。

7.申請廣州職位的同學(xué),需在廣州工作并長(cháng)期發(fā)展。

Programm

1、Group Staff Programm

Application Requirements

Successful applicants must:

Have PRC citizenship or Right of Abode in Hong Kong*;

Hold a recognised university degree in any discipline;

Possess an excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with a credit or above in either HKCEE English (Grade 4), CET Level 6 or TEM Level 4, or an equivalent standard;

Not have worked in a full-time capacity for more than three years;

Be willing to be relocated to Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and other countries for long- or short-term assignments.

* Note: The Group Staff Management Trainee Programme is only for candidates with citizenship in the PRC or Right of Abode in Hong Kong, or overseas nationals who are eligible for employment in Hong Kong under the revised immigration policy.

2、 House Staff Programme

Applications must be made using our online application form. Applications submitted via other means will not be considered.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation receipt with an application I.D. number. Successful applicants will be notified regarding the next stage in the recruitment process.

The Swire Leadership Development Curriculum is designed to support management trainees and managers throughout their careers. It is important that every individual is equipped with the attributes needed to succeed at various levels. To this end, detailed assessments will be made upon entering each level, gauging a candidate's readiness and identifying any capability or development gaps.

The curriculum ensures that individuals can achieve their development goals at each level. As executives become more experienced, so the training becomes more customised to their requirements.

我們非常重視員工的培訓和發(fā)展。為培育各個(gè)范疇的人才,我們每年均為來(lái)自不同學(xué)科的優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生推出以下培訓計劃:

見(jiàn)習建筑測量師培訓計劃(2年);

見(jiàn)習工程師培訓計劃(2年);

企業(yè)領(lǐng)袖培訓計劃* (3年);和

太古酒店管理見(jiàn)習生計劃^ (2 年)

參與計劃的見(jiàn)習生將獲安排到不同的崗位實(shí)習,并參與香港境內外的發(fā)展項目的運作,累積多方面的工作經(jīng)驗。除了鼓勵見(jiàn)習生報讀相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)資格的課程,我們更在計劃期間安排導師及上級管理人員提供在職培訓和指導,讓見(jiàn)習生發(fā)展個(gè)人潛能。

我們將錄用表現出眾的見(jiàn)習生,提供多元化的工作機會(huì )讓他們發(fā)展事業(yè),實(shí)踐終身學(xué)習的目標。

計劃以特別設計的單元形式進(jìn)行,務(wù)求令見(jiàn)習生獲得不同的實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗。為確保達致學(xué)習目標,見(jiàn)習生須持續接受評估,并在每個(gè)單元完結時(shí)與管理層匯報及分享所得。導師或上司會(huì )建議見(jiàn)習生進(jìn)行持續的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展培訓。除此之外,我們亦會(huì )為見(jiàn)習生提供客戶(hù)服務(wù)技巧、商務(wù)禮儀、人際關(guān)系技巧等個(gè)人培訓。

我們一般於每年9月至10月開(kāi)始招募,而太古酒店管理見(jiàn)習生計劃的招募活動(dòng)則於每年2月至3月進(jìn)行。
