【摘  要】：培養良好個(gè)性是音樂(lè )教學(xué)改革與發(fā)展中的重要課題。在音樂(lè )教學(xué)中，藝術(shù)修養的積淀是培養良好個(gè)性的基石，音樂(lè )教師的個(gè)性魅力是培養學(xué)生良好個(gè)性的榜樣，音樂(lè )課堂教學(xué)是培養良好個(gè)性的主渠道，豐富的音樂(lè )實(shí)踐活動(dòng)是培養良好個(gè)性的基地。

【Abstract】：It is reform in education of the music and developing important subject to train the good individual character.
