摘要：資金是企業(yè)組織生產(chǎn)，經(jīng)營(yíng)的前提條件。任何1個(gè)企業(yè):為了保證生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的正常進(jìn)行，必須擁有1定數量的資金。另外，由于臨時(shí)性生產(chǎn)的需要或適應市場(chǎng)要求變化，擴大適銷(xiāo)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)規模，研制開(kāi)發(fā)新產(chǎn)品，在內部資金不足的情況下，企業(yè)還需籌措資金，以增強自身的經(jīng)濟實(shí)力，在激烈的市場(chǎng)競爭中立于不敗之地。雖然企業(yè)有多種渠道籌資，但負債籌資有其相對的優(yōu)越性,多為企業(yè)所采用。這種策略給企業(yè)帶來(lái)巨大經(jīng)濟效益的同時(shí)，也產(chǎn)生了1些不容忽視的負面作用。因此,我們在采用負債時(shí)，合理負債，就成為我們所必須解決的1個(gè)問(wèn)題。

The change besides, needing market demands or adapting to since provision produces, expands the scale of merchantable product childbirth , develops to develop new products, under inside inadequate funds situation, enterprise needs raising funds, to strengthen selfs economic strength, base self on sure ground in fierce market competition. Though enterprise has the various channel raises, but liabilities adopt raise capital having whose relative superiority, many for enterprise institute. This tactics brings about the enormous economic effect simultaneous for enterprise, negative part having also produced a few not admitting ignoring acts on. Therefore, we are in debt when adopt liabilities, rationally, become a problem must solve by us right away.
