摘要：隨著(zhù)資本市場(chǎng)的完善和發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟轉型時(shí)代的到來(lái)，要求企業(yè)會(huì )計信息必須符合信息使用者決策有用和為管理服務(wù)的職能目標，本文從分析企業(yè)會(huì )計信息揭示存在的問(wèn)題入手，通過(guò)對現行企業(yè)會(huì )計信息進(jìn)行有效評價(jià)，探索企業(yè)財務(wù)信息披露的完善和發(fā)展。
