有這樣一種聲音精選作文

　　(1)稱(chēng)呼用語(yǔ)

　　信函中使用的禮節性稱(chēng)呼很多。一般說(shuō)來(lái)，給男士寫(xiě)信用“Mr.”(先生)，給女士寫(xiě)信用“Miss”(小姐)、“ Mrs.”(夫人)或“ Ms.”(女士)。近年來(lái)，越來(lái)越多的人喜歡用“Ms.”來(lái)籠統地稱(chēng)呼女性，這樣可以避免判斷不清對方婚否等敏感話(huà)題所帶來(lái)的尷尬，是一種大趨勢。當然，也可以根據收信人的身份，用學(xué)位、頭銜等常用詞后綴收信人的姓，例如：Dr.(Doctor，博士)Zhang，Prof.(Professor,教授)Zhou， Pres.(President，經(jīng)理、會(huì )長(cháng)、校長(cháng))Liu,等等。如果對收信人的性別、姓名、職務(wù)或其他資料掌握不多的話(huà)，用一句“Dear sir or madam”最合適。如果收信人不是具體的某個(gè)人而是機關(guān)或者單位，則只寫(xiě)負責人的職位和公司或者機構的名稱(chēng)，如:The Manager, CP Group或The President，Jinghui Company等。

　　開(kāi)頭部分:

　　My interest in the position of … has prompted me to forward my resume for your review and consideration.

　　因為對××一職感興趣，所以奉上我的簡(jiǎn)歷，請查閱和考慮。

　　Learning from Mr. Zhang that you are wanting a … I would like to apply to this position.

　　從張先生那里得知，貴單位正在招聘××人選，我愿意應聘此職。

　　The … position advertised in 51Job on October 12 intrigues me. I believe you will find me well-qualified.

　　我對10月12日《51Job》上刊登的××一職很感興趣。相信您將發(fā)現我是這一職位的合適人選。

　　My desire to be one of your group prompted me to forward the attached for your consideration.

　　我想成為您團隊中的一員，這種強烈愿望促使我向您奉上我的相關(guān)資料，希望您給予考慮。

　　(3)附件的表達

　　如果求職信帶有附件，可以用Enclosure或者縮寫(xiě)形式Enc.進(jìn)行表達。要注意在此項下附件的份數及種類(lèi)。如果是兩個(gè)以上的附件，注意要用復數形式Encls.或者Enclosures。如：3Enclosures: An Autobiography; A Photocopy of Degree Certificate; A Photograph。

　　(4)結束用語(yǔ)

　　結束用語(yǔ)是寫(xiě)在結尾的告別話(huà)語(yǔ)，也稱(chēng)結尾問(wèn)候語(yǔ)。位于正文下面隔兩三行的位置，一般從中間偏右的地方開(kāi)始寫(xiě)起。常用的結束用語(yǔ)主要有：Sincerely, Yours sincerely, Yours truthful, Yours faithfully, Yours truly, Yours等，首字母大寫(xiě)而且每個(gè)詞后都要加逗號。
