　　3月5號第一次新SAT考試中的閱讀部分共考了8道詞匯題目，考察單詞在上下文中的意思。這8道題目的題干中考察的單詞分別是：looser、common、foundation、standard、open、sound、independent、critical。從這里我們可以很明顯的看到，這次詞匯我們并不陌生，都是我們熟悉的詞匯。雖然你對這些詞很熟，但是題目查考的意思你或許就不知道了。這個(gè)時(shí)候我們一定要在原文上下文中去仔細閱讀，分析這個(gè)詞匯在原文中的意義。單詞考察常用本義的情況較少，還有如果某一個(gè)選項你覺(jué)得它的意思和所考察的單詞意思相差很遠，不要立刻否定了此選項，很可能不是這個(gè)單詞沒(méi)有這個(gè)意思，而是你不知道這個(gè)用法而已。
