1、突出專(zhuān)業(yè)背景和學(xué)習成績(jì)
如果是應聘和專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)的職位,如財務(wù)崗位、法務(wù)崗位、技術(shù)崗位,本身具有與該職位相符或相關(guān)的專(zhuān)業(yè),首先要突出專(zhuān)業(yè)背景,其次要強化專(zhuān)業(yè)背景。
強化專(zhuān)業(yè)背景,就是要突出專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)勢。如果成績(jì)較好,就要突出專(zhuān)業(yè)成績(jì),比如說(shuō)是班級的前1%、年級的前3%、院系的前5%等。獎學(xué)金是成績(jì)優(yōu)秀的標志。要將幾個(gè)獎學(xué)金合并例舉,可采用“先后獲得國家獎學(xué)金、勵志獎學(xué)金、校一等獎學(xué)金”等語(yǔ)言表述。如果獲獎次數較多,不要采用“多次”這樣的模糊用語(yǔ),盡量將其量化。
如果成績(jì)較差,那么則要淡化成績(jì),而將表述重點(diǎn)放在與專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)上。以財務(wù)管理職位為例,將表述放在“多次參加財務(wù)管理崗位的實(shí)習工作”上。如先后在市會(huì )計核算中心、市資產(chǎn)管理公司財務(wù)部、揚帆物流公司財務(wù)部實(shí)習,具有較強的專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)踐能力。
2、突出職位相關(guān)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗
應聘某個(gè)職位,如果具備相關(guān)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗,會(huì )較受招聘單位親睞。如應聘法務(wù)崗位,列舉在法院(國家機關(guān))、律師事務(wù)所、法律援助中心、企業(yè)法務(wù)崗等實(shí)習實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷。
強化與職位相關(guān)的'實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗,是自我介紹的加分項。
3、突出與職位相關(guān)的性格特點(diǎn)、優(yōu)點(diǎn)特長(cháng)
每個(gè)職位對性格特點(diǎn)都有所要求,我們應當“投崗所好”,盡量描述與崗位相關(guān)的性格特點(diǎn),應聘銷(xiāo)售崗位,要突出性格開(kāi)朗、積極外向、喜好交際;應聘財務(wù)崗位,要突出性格文靜、做事細心、責任感強;應聘技術(shù)崗位,要突出辦事穩重、嚴謹有條理?赡懿糠滞瑢W(xué)會(huì )有疑問(wèn),性格特點(diǎn)是本身具有的,可以用描述無(wú)中生有嗎?其實(shí),我們也不是教你們無(wú)中生有,而是你應聘該職位,說(shuō)明你本身具有從事該職位的意愿和優(yōu)勢,而且人的認識能力有限。如果你自己都不自信,那為何勉為其難應聘該職位。
優(yōu)點(diǎn)特長(cháng),要視情況,主要是列舉與應聘職位相關(guān)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)特長(cháng)。如應聘文藝策劃職位,能歌善舞自然是最大的亮點(diǎn);應聘文秘、文職崗位,寫(xiě)作功底扎實(shí)是最大的亮點(diǎn)。與職位無(wú)關(guān)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)特長(cháng),如果沒(méi)有特別需要,不需描述。
