一清早起來(lái)，就聽(tīng)見(jiàn)爺爺的房間里傳出一陣陣奇怪的發(fā)音，說(shuō)是英語(yǔ)卻又不像英語(yǔ)，說(shuō)是普通話(huà)卻也不像，于是我懷著(zhù)好奇心，爬下床，跑到爺爺的房間里看個(gè)究竟。
一看，原來(lái)是爺爺在讀英語(yǔ)呢！爺爺一看見(jiàn)我，馬上就說(shuō)：“寶貝孫女��！來(lái)聽(tīng)聽(tīng)爺爺讀的英語(yǔ)準不準�！睜敔斈闷鹩⒄Z(yǔ)書(shū)，一本正經(jīng)地念：“‘五門(mén)’、‘不拿拿’、‘鬧醒’……”我愣了，半天反應不過(guò)來(lái)，“五門(mén)”、“不拿拿”和“鬧醒”是什么東西��？我拿過(guò)爺爺手中的書(shū)，一看，差點(diǎn)摔倒，原來(lái)是“woman”、“banana”、“nothing”��！我哈哈大笑，對爺爺說(shuō)：“爺爺，這幾個(gè)單詞不是這樣讀的�！蔽野颜_的讀給爺爺聽(tīng)，爺爺一聽(tīng)，哈哈大笑：“原來(lái)是這樣讀��！我那個(gè)年代沒(méi)接觸過(guò)英語(yǔ)，現在看電視里有些節目在教英語(yǔ)，所以就很想學(xué)，特別是今年是奧運年，所以我就更得學(xué)英語(yǔ)了。寶貝孫女��！你就教教爺爺吧！”我說(shuō)：“爺爺，奧運會(huì )都過(guò)去了，你現在學(xué)英語(yǔ)也沒(méi)用�！彪m然這么說(shuō)，但是在爺爺的“苦苦糾纏”下，我只好答應了。
可是，教爺爺學(xué)英語(yǔ)可不是一件美差。爺爺的“ABCD”寫(xiě)得龍飛鳳舞，你要不仔細看，還不知道他在寫(xiě)什么呢！爺爺讀的英語(yǔ)，英語(yǔ)中夾著(zhù)一點(diǎn)我們的家鄉話(huà)，聽(tīng)起來(lái)怪怪的。這一天下來(lái)，我教爺爺的英語(yǔ)單詞。爺爺該不會(huì )的.還是不會(huì )，甚至把單詞都忘了。
雖然爺爺怎么學(xué)也學(xué)不會(huì )，但是爺爺的“活到老，學(xué)到老”的精神和堅持到底的毅力，還是值得我學(xué)習的。

因為對于我們這樣的化工學(xué)院，學(xué)生不擅長(cháng)英語(yǔ)是很普通的問(wèn)題，但是每一學(xué)期都要有英語(yǔ)考試，所以這還需要認真學(xué)習，可是一年時(shí)間讓我們可以了解許多的問(wèn)題。
平時(shí)學(xué)習的東西重點(diǎn)只是單詞，其它的地方都是一般般，考試的時(shí)候只會(huì )考單詞嗎？考試的.時(shí)候試卷及答案書(shū)上只會(huì )有翻譯！所以聽(tīng)課有用處嗎？而且，以前上課的時(shí)候，還會(huì )有一些帶處罰的游戲，所以大家為了讓自己避免受處罰，一定會(huì )認真聽(tīng)講單詞，還會(huì )認真背誦單詞，可是在這一個(gè)新的學(xué)期開(kāi)學(xué)第一課后，這些東西都沒(méi)有了，控制大家認真學(xué)習的唯一一個(gè)方式已經(jīng)成為過(guò)去，還會(huì )有人認為這本書(shū)是重要的嗎？
還有，原本今年以來(lái)應該有四級英語(yǔ)考試，但是學(xué)校因為過(guò)關(guān)率太低，所以我們被禁止參與英語(yǔ)四級考試，這讓我們準備認真學(xué)習英語(yǔ)的火熱心情瞬間涼了半截！
