摘要:隨著(zhù)現代工業(yè)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,鍋爐的應用更加廣泛。對于鍋爐控制技術(shù)的研究有著(zhù)廣泛的經(jīng)濟價(jià)值。針對這一問(wèn)題本畢業(yè)設計重點(diǎn)研究了基于PLC控制的鍋爐實(shí)時(shí)監控系統。該系統就是一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的集散控制系統。借助現代計算機技術(shù),實(shí)現對鍋爐的集中控制,分散管理。
本設計主要涉及利用WinCC組態(tài)軟件進(jìn)行鍋爐實(shí)時(shí)監控系統的設計步驟和開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程,具體包括系統控制中心的設計,變量的定義,圖形界面的制作,動(dòng)態(tài)對象設計,全局腳本,以及報警系統和用戶(hù)管理和項目安全設計。最后就如何使用PLC控制器以及如何運用step7程序設計軟件進(jìn)行控制程序的編輯作了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹。
本設計通過(guò)對鍋爐系統的結構和工藝流程的系統分析,確定了合理的系統控制方案,包括三沖量水位控制系統和雙交叉燃燒控制系統等方案的設計。選用西門(mén)子公司的S7-300PLC作為現場(chǎng)控制器,利用step7進(jìn)行鍋爐運作程序編寫(xiě)。同時(shí)采用與之配套的WinCC組態(tài)軟件進(jìn)行組態(tài)工作,建立一個(gè)人機交換界面,并實(shí)現PLC和組態(tài)軟件之間通訊。通過(guò)使用遠程計算機,實(shí)現對現場(chǎng)鍋爐運行情況的實(shí)時(shí)監控和保護,并且記錄相應的數據。

Designing the system control center, defining the variable, creating the sketch interface, designing the dynamic state object, designing The overall situation script program, creating the alarm and protection system, designing customer management and the item safety, this text all has the detailed expatiation. At last introduced that how to use the PLC controller and how to made use of step 7 program software editing control programming in brief.
