摘要：英語(yǔ)是任何個(gè)人和學(xué)校都無(wú)法回避的學(xué)科，中國人才網(wǎng)顯示，英語(yǔ)人才的需求量居第2位。本文介紹了在線(xiàn)英語(yǔ)的開(kāi)發(fā)背景及開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程,重點(diǎn)說(shuō)明了系統的設計思想、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和解決方案。本設計采用當前Microsoft公司的SQL Server 2000數據庫平臺管理系統，利用Dreamweaver 8.0及ASP技術(shù)設計前臺界面，使用VBScript和JavaScript編程實(shí)現該管理系統中Web頁(yè)面的特定功能以及輸入輸出控制等輔助功能，同時(shí)使用B/S系統結構。

Abstract：English is the most important subject to anyone or any school. A message shown on www.chinatalent.com.cn is that the requirement of English professional stand at the second place. This paper introduces the background of development for the problem and the process for development. It also explains the emphasis on system design, the design thought, the key technology and its solution. It adopts SQL Server 2000 powered by Microsoft Company. The system adopts Dreamweaver 8.0 and ASP Language technology which is open and share, use VBScript and JavaScript programmed to carry out some especial function in web pages, input and output control assistant function and so on, along with the B/S system fabric.

1　引言
有人將Internet的出現比喻為“洪水猛獸”，因為幾乎就在1夜之間，Internet的浪潮已經(jīng)席卷了全球。如今，利用1臺小小的計算機就可以足不出戶(hù)而知天下之事；可以輕松的與遠方的好友聊天；還可以在懶惰時(shí)享受1下網(wǎng)上超市的方便與快捷。大家都知道，萬(wàn)維網(wǎng)已經(jīng)誕生很多年了。從最初設計的萬(wàn)維網(wǎng)完全是為了共享數據信息，或者是幫助學(xué)術(shù)界解決1些研究論文的共享問(wèn)題，因此它只是通過(guò)超級鏈接將1些系統的文件連接起來(lái)，到今天它已不僅僅是1個(gè)單純的宣傳媒體而且是可以利用它幫助商家們來(lái)實(shí)現1些在線(xiàn)的服務(wù)類(lèi)商業(yè)活動(dòng)（例如：網(wǎng)上購物，網(wǎng)上定單，網(wǎng)上就醫等）。接入Internet，瀏覽萬(wàn)維網(wǎng)中的豐富多彩的網(wǎng)站，對于1般用戶(hù)已經(jīng)不再陌生�，F在，如何編寫(xiě)自己的主頁(yè)，也已經(jīng)逐漸成為熱門(mén)話(huà)題。
