利率市場(chǎng)化背景下的個(gè)人理財技巧

摘  要：利率市場(chǎng)化是金融市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的必然結果，是金融國際化的必然要求。市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟要求按市場(chǎng)機制配置資源，資金作為1種重要的經(jīng)濟資源，將在新的利率機制作用下對國內經(jīng)濟全范圍進(jìn)行合進(jìn)配置。利率作為貨幣資金的價(jià)格，其形成機制的變化、作用機制的調節，將會(huì )對投資者的投資行為與決策產(chǎn)生重大影響。同時(shí)，利率市場(chǎng)化也為投資帶來(lái)了新的風(fēng)險，我們也應該理性的面對風(fēng)險。而利率的市場(chǎng)化在1定程度上將對個(gè)人理財的決策產(chǎn)生影響，從前固定匯率下的投資決策也將隨著(zhù)利率的市場(chǎng)化的到來(lái)產(chǎn)生翻天覆地的變化。本文最后探討了在個(gè)人理財中的合法的避稅技巧，也是個(gè)人理財技巧中的重點(diǎn)。

Study on the personal financing techniques under the background of interest rate market

Abstract: Interest rate market is the direct result of the development of financial market, which is also the inevitable requirement of the finance Internationalization. For the market economy is supposed to allocate resources under the market mechanism , as an  important economy resource, the capital will allocate the resources reasonable in domestic under the new interest rate mechanism. As the price of capital, interest rate will impact on the investment behavior and decisions of Investors significantly by the changes of formation mechanism and the adjustment of regulatory mechanism。 Meanwhile, the risk should be treated reasonable, for the interest rate market has been arising new risks. While the interest rate effects on decision-making of personal financial management in some extent. The decision-making of investment with the fixed exchange rate will have a great change. Therefore, the paper discusses how to avoid tax legally of personal financing, which is also the key point of personal financing techniques.
