運用ERP提升我國中小企業(yè)財務(wù)管理水平
摘 要：中小企業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分，也是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主力。由于其規模小、實(shí)力弱、資金困難、管理不規范、對信息化管理認識模糊，使得中小企業(yè)在財務(wù)管理方面存在著(zhù)與自身發(fā)展和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟的不適應，其中信息化程度不高是其中1個(gè)重要的因素。面對存在的問(wèn)題，越來(lái)越多的中小企業(yè)開(kāi)始選擇相應的ERP，作為提高自己企業(yè)競爭力的方法和手段。本文介紹了ERP系統的概念、本質(zhì)、管理思想和財務(wù)管理系統在ERP中的發(fā)展過(guò)程，提出了中小企業(yè)在總賬、往來(lái)賬款、成本管理、會(huì )計報表等方面存在的問(wèn)題，并從這幾個(gè)方面討論如何運用ERP的先進(jìn)管理思想提升我國中小企業(yè)的財務(wù)管理水平。

Using ERP to promote small and medium-sized enterprise financial control level of our country
Abstract: The small and medium-sized enterprise is the important constituent of our country in the national economy, which is also the main force in the economic development. Due to its small scale, weak strength, fund difficulty, not standard management, lack of clear understanding in informational management, thus, some problems in financial management have sprung up to restrict their development from the market economy. Not high informational degree is one of the most important factor. Facing the existing question, More and more small and medium-sized enterprises start to choose corresponding ERP, which is used to enhance their competitive power. This article introduced the concept of the ERP system, essential, the management thought and the financial control system in ERP developing process, Proposed small and medium-sized enterprise existing question in the following aspects: general ledger, intercourse credit, cost management, financial report and so on. This article also discusses from these aspects how to promote Small and medium-sized enterprise financial control level using the ERP advanced management thought.
