How To Be A Happy Kid
Good morning, dear judges!
My name is Joyce. Today I will give a speech about How To Be A Happy Kid.
Everyone deserves to have a happy childhood. We all know, life isn’t
easy all the time, even for children.
One time I didn’t do well on a math test. It was the first time for me
to get such a low mark. I felt miserable about it. When I got home, without
saying a single word to my parents, I rushed into my own room. I sat down
in front of my piano. Unconsciously, music came out from my fingers. I was
lost in the beauty of the music. My heart flew with the song in the air. The
piano music was just like a wise old man consoling me with soft words. After
playing the music, I felt very calm and happy.
We shouldn’t lack for joy in life. The key is to find ways
to be happy. For me, playing the piano helps me 初中物理 find the road back to
happiness. For other children, they might find it other ways, like by
singing, dancing, playing soccer or helping people. But for all of
us, it should come from knowing our parents love us.
I am a child. Children shouldn’t worry about anything. I wish every
kid is a happy kid.

快樂(lè )教學(xué)還有另一個(gè)名字叫“愉快教育”,即能充分調動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習積極性,使教育融合于教學(xué)中,融合于全部課外活動(dòng)中,既提高了學(xué)生的知識技能,又發(fā)展了他們的個(gè)體,真正體現“教師為主導,學(xué)生為主體”的雙邊性,使學(xué)生動(dòng)、活潑,學(xué)生身心愉悅的教學(xué)。
其實(shí),很早的時(shí)候就有中外大思想家和教育家提到快樂(lè )教育。如《論語(yǔ)》開(kāi)篇就載有孔子對愉快教學(xué)的認識“學(xué)而時(shí)習之,不亦樂(lè )乎?”孔子這時(shí)已經(jīng)認識到學(xué)習者的興趣和愛(ài)好對學(xué)習效果有著(zhù)不同程度的影響,并將“樂(lè )學(xué)”作為治學(xué)的最高境界“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如樂(lè )之者”。蘇格拉底開(kāi)創(chuàng )的愉快教學(xué)思想,被他的學(xué)生亞里斯多德和古羅馬教育家昆體良所繼承和發(fā)揚。由此,我感覺(jué)到已初步涉及到尊重兒童,因材施教,教育目的,師生關(guān)系等方面,也許這就是愉快教學(xué)思想初露端倪。
其次,為了更好地進(jìn)行快樂(lè )教學(xué),應該建立良好的師生關(guān)系?鞓(lè )教學(xué),簡(jiǎn)單地說(shuō)就是寓教于樂(lè ),讓學(xué)生愉快地接受知識。它始終注意發(fā)揮以愉快為核心的各種情感的積極作用,運用各種教學(xué)手段創(chuàng )設愉快的教學(xué)情境,讓學(xué)生在愉快的情境中最大限度地表現出各自的認知需要,并主動(dòng)積極地開(kāi)展生動(dòng)活潑的學(xué)習活動(dòng),達到良好的學(xué)習效果。讓學(xué)生樂(lè )于學(xué)習,在愉快輕松的氛圍中掌握知識,獲得教育。良好的師生關(guān)系則是教育教學(xué)的潤滑劑,因此良好的師生關(guān)系便成為愉快教學(xué)成功實(shí)施的重要基礎。我認為可以從以下幾方面做起:
一是以愛(ài)為本,真正尊重、信任學(xué)生。都說(shuō)沒(méi)有愛(ài)就沒(méi)有教育,愛(ài)是教育的靈魂,愉快教學(xué)也是充滿(mǎn)愛(ài)的教學(xué)。要建立良好的師生關(guān)系,教師必須樹(shù)立“以愛(ài)為本”的觀(guān)念,真正關(guān)心愛(ài)護每一個(gè)學(xué)生,做學(xué)生的良師益友,善于與學(xué)生溝通。教師對學(xué)生傾注愛(ài),必然會(huì )喚起學(xué)生對老師的愛(ài),師生之間形成良好的心理氛圍!坝H其師,信其道”就是這個(gè)道理。二是改革傳統的教學(xué)手段與方法。我們要幫助學(xué)生不斷獲得學(xué)習上的成功,從而建立“成功――快樂(lè )――興趣濃厚”的良性循環(huán)機制,形成自覺(jué)自主的.學(xué)習機制,實(shí)現從“要我學(xué)”向“我要學(xué)”的轉變。運用多種教學(xué)手段和方法,創(chuàng )設民主、平等、愉快、和諧的課堂氛圍,最大限度地為學(xué)生提供各抒己見(jiàn)的機會(huì ),也在客觀(guān)上促進(jìn)了師生之間愉快的交流與溝通。
小學(xué)英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)就是要盡最大限度地引起學(xué)生的學(xué)習興趣,為學(xué)生提供足夠的機會(huì )用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行活動(dòng),讓學(xué)生感受到運用所學(xué)語(yǔ)言成功地達到某種目的后的愉快。這是小學(xué)生的年齡特點(diǎn)和英語(yǔ)學(xué)科的特殊性所決定的。要使小學(xué)生能夠在40分鐘的時(shí)間內保持良好的學(xué)習狀態(tài),教師必須根據不同的教學(xué)內容創(chuàng )設各種情景,做到教學(xué)情景化。其實(shí),我們可以做的還有很多,比如,運用現代化多媒體手段、教唱英語(yǔ)歌、游戲情境設計等等。我相信,只要我們堅持為了一切學(xué)生,為了學(xué)生的一切,再加上關(guān)心愛(ài)護每一個(gè)學(xué)生,并運用運用各種各樣的現代化教學(xué)手段,我們一定可以讓我們的孩子們發(fā)自?xún)刃牡卮舐暫埃何覍W(xué)英語(yǔ),我快樂(lè )!
