It is really my pleasure to learn that I have been offered admission to XXX Program at XXX University. I consider it as my great honor that your department can give me the chance to study there. However, I'm very sorry that I have accepted the offer of admission from XXXX University at an earlier time. It’s really a hard decision for me for both of you universities are very good.
So I am sorry to say that I have to decline the offer of admission from XXX with deep regret.
