1.13th Month Salary
第13月薪
Hanwha will pay the employee the 13th month salary on the pro-rata base according to the actual service months of a calendar year。In the first calendar year,it is not eligible to the employee who joins after December 15.
韓華以員工當年實(shí)際服務(wù)月數占本公歷年度的比例計發(fā)第13月薪。在12月15日之后入職者,當年度不適用本條款。
2.mandatory social benefits
社會(huì )保險和住房公積金
Hanwha will pay all social benefits(social insurance and government mandatory housing fund)in one ciyt:HUKOU”city,working location or the current social benefits location。Confirmed with the Employee,Hanwha will pay his/her social benefits in Shanghai in the whole employment period。
員工可以在戶(hù)口所在地、工作所在地或當地的社保交地中選擇一個(gè)城市繳納全部社會(huì )保險和住房公積金。經(jīng)員工確認,在其整個(gè)任職期間,公司在上海為員工繳納全部社會(huì )保險和住房公積金。
Hanwha will contribute government mandatory social benefits on a 12-month basis according to prevailing government regulation。
The employee is obliged to pay individual portion of government mandatory social benefits according to prevailing government regulation。
韓華根據政府相關(guān)規定,按月為員工繳納社會(huì )保險和住房公積金,員工依法繳納社會(huì )保險和住房公積金個(gè)人部分。

3.Variable Bonus
年終獎
Depending on Company performance,individual performance and his service months in the calendar year,the Employee is entitled to maximum 2 months salary as annual variadle bonus。In the first calendar year,it is nor eligible to the Employee who joins after Oct 1.
依據公司業(yè)績(jì)、員工個(gè)人績(jì)效及其在本公歷年度實(shí)際服務(wù)月數,員工享有不超過(guò)2個(gè)月月薪的年終獎金。在10月1日后入職的員工,當年度不適用此條款。
The Employee has the obligation to pay Individual Tax according to the relevant regulations。Hanwha shall withhold the Individual income Tax and make the payment to the local tax authority on behalf of the Employee。
根據中國稅法,員工負擔個(gè)人所得稅,并有韓華從每月工資中代扣代繳。
To assist Hanwha in protecting the confidences of company policy and other relative information,ALL hanwha-related information received during the course of your interview period and employment must be kept confidential。ANY related information which comes to your attention may NOT be discussed with any third Party。
為保證韓華所有公司政策及相關(guān)信息不受侵犯,您面試及供職期間獲得的所有信息均需嚴格保密,不得傳與任何第三方。
The company reserves the right to amend the company policy from time to time subject to business needs,provided that such modifications (i)do not violate any published laws of China binding on the company and the employee and。(ii)the company has endeavored to notify its employees of such modifications。
為配合經(jīng)營(yíng)需要,公司有權適時(shí)變更公司政策。并做到: (i) 不違反國家頒布的所有關(guān)于雇傭關(guān)系的法律法規。(ii)此變動(dòng)公司已盡可能地通知員工。
Your final employment is subject to the execution of an official labor contract between you and hanwha,following successful termination of your employment relationship with your current and ex—employers without any unsettled issue(i。e。confidentiality and non—competition)that may challenge the legality of your employment with hanwha。You agree that this letter is not a labor contract under Chinese labor laws and regulations and you will have no right to claim against hanwha for any of your losses if the terms and conditions contained herein will be replaced in their entirety with the terms and conditions in your labor contract,if any,upon execution of your labor contract by hanwha and you。
韓華與您雇傭關(guān)系的確立,以簽訂正式的勞動(dòng)合同為準。在錄用前,您必須與現任及以前各雇主解除勞動(dòng)合同并處理完相關(guān)事宜(例如,保密協(xié)議,竟業(yè)限制協(xié)議等),否則可能導致此雇傭關(guān)系無(wú)效。您在此同意,此聘用信并不等同于勞動(dòng)合同,不具備勞動(dòng)合同法及相關(guān)法規規定的法律效應;對未能與韓華簽訂勞動(dòng)合同而引起的爭議,無(wú)權起訴;同時(shí),若公司與您簽署勞動(dòng)合同,您確認勞動(dòng)合同將包含此聘用書(shū)所有內容,并由雙方共同執行。

Hanwha reserves the right to withdraw this offer immediately under any of the following circumstances without paying any financial compensation:

◆Any incorrect,incomplete information or false,misleading statement or misrepresentation furnished or made by you。
◆當公司發(fā)現您提供了任何不正確,不完整,虛假,誤導性的聲明或信息
◆through reference check,any of your previous behavior conflict with hanwha business ethics and the company culture。
◆通過(guò)對您的背景調查,公司發(fā)現您之前的行為有悖于韓華的企業(yè)道德觀(guān)及公司文化
This letter will be automatically invalid after two weeks from the letter issuance date if hanwha fails to receive your acceptance。
若韓華未在聘用書(shū)發(fā)出2周內得到您的確認,此聘用書(shū)自動(dòng)失效。
If you accept this offer,please go for the medical check at company appointed hospital before you resign from the current employer。Your final employment is subject to your being certified medically fit for employment。
若您接受此聘用書(shū),請您在現公司前至韓華指定醫院進(jìn)行入職體檢。韓華與您勞動(dòng)關(guān)系的確定,將基于醫學(xué)鑒定結果,證明您適合此工作。
