在實(shí)習期間，我逐漸的掌握了腫瘤病人護理的專(zhuān)科知識，化療藥物的作用，不良反應及其處理，熟悉了呼吸機，除顫儀，心電監護機，卡塞機，輸液泵等機器的應用，終于可以熟練的把理論知識運用到實(shí)際的護理活動(dòng)中來(lái)。在實(shí)習過(guò)程中我所表現的工作責任心，較快接受能力和動(dòng)手能力曾獲得帶教老師的好評。一年的直接臨床實(shí)踐開(kāi)闊了我的視野，提高了我分析解決問(wèn)題的能力，形成了比較沉穩的工作作風(fēng)。
