　　Thank you for taking a moment to join us today. Asyou know, Kate is taking off next week for ourTaichung branch office. She has been promoted toregional Accounting Manager for Action's central and southern regions.

　　Kate has worked hard in our accounting department for three years now, and I'd just like to saythat I've heard nothing but good things about her performance! Actually, the employeegrapevine says she's a real slavedriver.

　　Seriously, though, it comes as no surprise to me that you are moving up the Actioncorporate ladder. Everyone knows you are a hard worker. Accounting isn't going to be thesame without you.

　　Kate, we'd all just like to say congratulations. Please let us know how you're doing, and thebest of luck!

　　3. For three years now, Kate has managed the accounting department.

　　通常歡送離職或調職的同仁時(shí)，皆不免提及此人在公司服務(wù)的年資。注意，應使用現在完成式，表示某人迄今工作多久。表達‘有一段時(shí)間’的介系詞要用"for"。

　　1. Accounting isn't going to be the same without you.

　　2. Everyone here will certainly miss your hard work and enthusiasm.

　　3. I know everyone in accounting is going to miss your leadership.

　　本文第三段都是贊美對方的話(huà)，而關(guān)鍵則是要表示其它同事亦有同感;并以輕松、非正式的口吻，強調對方的貢獻。

　　1. Please let us know how you're doing, and best of luck!

　　2. Best wishes and don't forget to write.

　　3. Keep in touch, and good luck with everything.

　　結尾別忘了表達祝福與關(guān)懷�？捎�"keep in touch"與 don't forget to write"表示希望對方‘保持聯(lián)絡(luò )’。另外，"good luck"、"best wishes"和"best of luck"都是祝福的慣用語(yǔ)。
