v. (動(dòng)詞)
1、stock用作形容詞的意思是“儲備的”，轉化為動(dòng)詞意思是“供應，貯存”。
2、stock可用作及物動(dòng)詞，也可用作不及物動(dòng)詞。用作及物動(dòng)詞時(shí)接名詞或代詞作賓語(yǔ)。
3、stock后接副詞up表示“采辦貨物或用品”; 后接介詞with表示“配備”。
4、share作為集合名詞，在美式英語(yǔ)中的解釋為“股份”的意思，與英式英語(yǔ)中的share意思相近，但是不等同。兩個(gè)企業(yè)有兩stocks，表示每一“股”時(shí)應該用share或者share of stock來(lái)表述，一個(gè)企業(yè)的全體shares是股份（stock）；
