投簡(jiǎn)歷要結合自身條件
記者在采訪(fǎng)中發(fā)現,HR經(jīng)理最頭疼的就是處理大量的無(wú)用簡(jiǎn)歷,說(shuō)其無(wú)用是因為其經(jīng)歷和專(zhuān)業(yè)與所報職位極其不符,完全是在撒大網(wǎng)撞運氣。楊小姐說(shuō):“我們篩選簡(jiǎn)歷的原則是與招聘職位要求基本相符。公司對所需人才的要求反映在了對招聘職位的描述中,其實(shí)這些描述可以反映一個(gè)公司企業(yè)文化內涵的某個(gè)方面。應聘者應注意這些內容,自身條件與公司對招聘職位的要求差得太遠,就沒(méi)有必要投簡(jiǎn)歷了,即使投遞了簡(jiǎn)歷也是浪費雙方的時(shí)間和精力。”她總結,得到面試機會(huì )的簡(jiǎn)歷的共同點(diǎn)應該是:首先自身條件與招聘職位要求基本相符;其次是既有理論知識又有實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗,即有工作經(jīng)驗的會(huì )優(yōu)先考慮。
現在亂投簡(jiǎn)歷這一現象已經(jīng)逐漸好轉,他認為,找自己符合的崗位要特別注意硬件條件,學(xué)歷和經(jīng)驗都要符合公司要求,而對一些細節,如在大公司內擔任管理職務(wù)等要求比較細的條件也不能忽視,以免做無(wú)用功。
不同人群側重點(diǎn)不同
HR關(guān)注簡(jiǎn)歷時(shí)候,也會(huì )因為招聘職位不同關(guān)注的側重點(diǎn)也不同,如果你恰好屬于其中一種人群,就要著(zhù)重注意簡(jiǎn)歷中的相關(guān)部分了。楊小姐介紹,因為不同的'職位對人員的素質(zhì)要求是不一樣的。她說(shuō):“比如對專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)方面的管理人員,我對其知識背景、管理背景、實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗等都會(huì )關(guān)注,而對于一個(gè)普通的專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員我可能更多關(guān)注的是他的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗,其次是他的知識背景。有些特殊職位還會(huì )特別關(guān)注應聘者的性格特點(diǎn)等。”
對大學(xué)生和有經(jīng)驗的人關(guān)注點(diǎn)也不同,大學(xué)生的成績(jì)雖然不是重點(diǎn),但也是HR考查學(xué)生是否有學(xué)習能力,對工作和學(xué)習的態(tài)度是否認真的重要依據。學(xué)歷也是考查大學(xué)生的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵,而對于實(shí)習經(jīng)驗只要有就可以,不用多也不能雜,要做到適度。對于有經(jīng)驗的人來(lái)說(shuō),曾經(jīng)工作的公司和從事的職務(wù),包括工作業(yè)績(jì)都是考查重點(diǎn)。
謹防小河溝里翻船一頁(yè)紙簡(jiǎn)歷受歡迎
細節反映態(tài)度,態(tài)度決定一切,一些不被注意的細節往往會(huì )直接斷送求職者的前程。趙復成說(shuō),有些簡(jiǎn)歷連性別和聯(lián)系方式都沒(méi)有,這雖然是一些小的細節,但反映了求職者的認真程度和做事情的專(zhuān)心程度。而一些錯字和病句,雖然不是很重要,但起碼在說(shuō)明求職者不夠重視的同時(shí),也反映其文字能力不是很強。楊小姐表示有的應聘人員的簡(jiǎn)歷對自己工作經(jīng)歷的時(shí)間編排無(wú)次序,反映了應聘者在日常工作中的條理性較差和工作不夠細致。有的簡(jiǎn)歷中時(shí)間上出現重復或交叉,這會(huì )讓人對簡(jiǎn)歷的真實(shí)性持懷疑態(tài)度,這些都有可能直接導致簡(jiǎn)歷無(wú)法通過(guò)“海選”。
另外,簡(jiǎn)單明了的簡(jiǎn)歷一般來(lái)說(shuō)容易通過(guò),能讓讀到它的人感覺(jué)清楚明了,不復雜不麻煩。趙復成認為一頁(yè)紙的簡(jiǎn)歷是HR最希望看到的,而最多再加上“英文版”達到兩頁(yè)紙。
