對這個(gè)問(wèn)題候選人要正面回答，不要繞，也不要回避。因為回避，會(huì )讓面試官認為你有難以啟齒的負面原因。如果繞著(zhù)回答，面試官會(huì )認為你不爽快，對你性格和風(fēng)格做出不利于錄用的判斷。
回答的原因要真實(shí)
第一，在這個(gè)問(wèn)題上不能含糊，因為只有真實(shí)的才符合邏輯。你回答可以不是真實(shí)的全部，也可以不是主要真實(shí)，但一定是真實(shí)的。
第二，如果不真實(shí)，面試官也許從已知的事實(shí)中會(huì )判斷出你在說(shuō)謊。
第三，只要是真實(shí)的，你就會(huì )心里坦然。
第四，你可以發(fā)掘真實(shí)。這些真實(shí)是真實(shí)存在的，只是自己沒(méi)有總結提煉而已。只有真實(shí)，才能經(jīng)得起背景調查。
原因最好有主次之分
你可以這樣回答：“我離開(kāi)的最主要原因就是職業(yè)發(fā)展與我預期的.發(fā)生了偏離;其次是每天上下班路途太遠，耗去了太多的時(shí)間;第三，剛好三年合同到期。”這樣回答有主有次，讓面試官感覺(jué)你思路很清晰，回答問(wèn)題有邏輯性、有結構性、有主見(jiàn)，同時(shí)也可以判斷你真正的主要職業(yè)訴求是什么，新東家能否滿(mǎn)足。這種清晰的職業(yè)訴求對自己面試是加分的。
