Commonly, everybody has their favorite food, for me, I like to eat meat, but I won’t only eat meat.
Some people only eat what they like, so they easily lose the balance of their diet. Our bodies are important, with a sound body, we can travel around and eat what we want, while if our bodies are weak, we can’t do a lot of things, like we need to take medicine all the time and we can’t enjoy life. So sound body supports us so much, we need to keep a healthy body.
Keeping a balanced diet can make our body strong, we should eat both meat and vegetable, and at the same time, fruit is also indispensable.
