1、語(yǔ)言準確
小作文的語(yǔ)言要求并不高。不需要語(yǔ)言過(guò)于華麗和復雜。只要意思表達清楚，做到準確就可以了。所以同學(xué)們在寫(xiě)小作文時(shí)，要注意自己?jiǎn)卧~拼寫(xiě)以及句子的結構。同學(xué)們經(jīng)常犯的錯誤，比如時(shí)態(tài)，單復數，主謂一致等問(wèn)題。在寫(xiě)的時(shí)候，一定要細心。此外，還要注意標點(diǎn)符號，尤其是逗號和句號的使用。
2、格式正確
書(shū)信的格式有兩種齊頭式和縮進(jìn)式。同學(xué)們對于縮進(jìn)式很熟悉。所以這里主要說(shuō)一說(shuō)縮進(jìn)式。用縮進(jìn)式寫(xiě)作文時(shí)，首先頂格寫(xiě)稱(chēng)呼，寫(xiě)完稱(chēng)呼后，之后加逗號。下面是正文部分，寫(xiě)三段。每一段開(kāi)頭向里縮進(jìn)4個(gè)英文字符的距離。寫(xiě)完正文之后，最后是結尾部分。結尾部分包括禮貌用語(yǔ)，可以寫(xiě)Sincerely yours，最后再寫(xiě)署名。
3、語(yǔ)域恰當
所謂語(yǔ)域，就是對于不同的寫(xiě)信對象，需要使用恰當的語(yǔ)言。在這里，統一要求同學(xué)們用正式文體寫(xiě)。使用正式文體時(shí)，需要注意盡量不要使用表示命令的語(yǔ)氣，例如表示命令的祈使句和must、should。還有盡量不要使用縮寫(xiě)。
4、信息完整
信息完整指的是各類(lèi)書(shū)信所包含的'信息要點(diǎn)要完整。當然書(shū)信的類(lèi)型不同，所包含的信息要點(diǎn)也不同。所以就需要同學(xué)們總結好每類(lèi)書(shū)信的寫(xiě)作思路以及語(yǔ)言表達。
