學(xué)業(yè)為主模式、經(jīng)歷為主模式、智能性簡(jiǎn)歷等三種英文簡(jiǎn)歷的寫(xiě)法:
第一種方法,以學(xué)業(yè)為核心的模式,基于這種模式的求職者身份肯定是尚未擁有工作經(jīng)驗的人,不管是否剛畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生,只要你還沒(méi)有正式工作過(guò)即使你在社會(huì )上呆了一段時(shí)間,你都得以學(xué)業(yè)為核心。如果你暫時(shí)找了個(gè)一兩個(gè)月的工作而后辭職了,并且連個(gè)正式合同都沒(méi)有,你能夠以這種工作做為簡(jiǎn)歷的核心嗎?顯然這是極不合適的做法,因為核心內容必須具有顯著(zhù)的地位,僅僅一個(gè)月的工作作為核心只會(huì )讓人覺(jué)得你的簡(jiǎn)歷太沒(méi)有份量了,這種東西居然做中心,時(shí)間太短暫,工作顯得不正式,無(wú)法真正從這種工作當中獲得技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗。為此求職者應該將重心放在學(xué)業(yè)上因為學(xué)業(yè)此時(shí)顯露出的份量度明顯比這種短暫的工作高,可展現學(xué)業(yè)方面的內容主要包括學(xué)習成績(jì)、獲獎經(jīng)歷、業(yè)余愛(ài)好、社會(huì )實(shí)踐活動(dòng)、學(xué)習課程、培訓經(jīng)歷等。
第二種方法,經(jīng)歷為主的模式,這當然適合已經(jīng)工作的人群。在此時(shí)應該將過(guò)去從事過(guò)的崗位、公司名稱(chēng)等信息先做個(gè)交代。再介紹以下三個(gè)方面的內容,第一,在工作當中獲得的獎勵比如企業(yè)最佳員工、某地區最杰出的設計師之一等,這些榮譽(yù)有的時(shí)候比你的工作業(yè)績(jì)更有威力,因為這屬于一種擁有證明的東西,而工作成績(jì)則相對顯得模糊,不能通過(guò)具體的證物去核實(shí),所以獎勵性的東西應該放在首行;第二,就是工作業(yè)績(jì)了,工作業(yè)績(jì)的表現手法也很多,你可以通過(guò)具體數字也可以通過(guò)業(yè)務(wù),也可以通過(guò)職務(wù)來(lái)表示,比如你因為工作成績(jì)相當出色而成為了某地區的負責人。
第三種方法,職能性簡(jiǎn)歷,這種經(jīng)歷適用于技能特別突出的求職者不管是不是大學(xué)生都可以使用。技能包括哪些方面?主要是業(yè)務(wù)能力、技術(shù)方面的能力、外語(yǔ)能力、計算機能力。
