iftheengagedpartysubmitshisresignationinthecourseofhisservice,theengagingpartyshallstoppayingtheengagedpartythesalaryfromthedaywhenhisresignationisapprovedbytheengagingparty,andtheengagedpartyshallnolongerenjoythesalaryandbenefitsstipulated.7本合同自受聘方到職之日起生效，聘請屆滿(mǎn)即自行失效。如一方要求延長(cháng)聘期，必須在本合同期滿(mǎn)之前向對方提出，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商確認后，在另行簽定延長(cháng)聘期合同。
