　　小豪工作的公司里有一個(gè)公用的廚房，里面有冰箱，咖啡壺，微波爐等供工作人員使用。還有美籍華人Mary剛走進(jìn)廚房，看見(jiàn)小豪有點(diǎn)不知所措的樣子。

　　(Office ambience)

　　M： Hey, Chen Hao, what happened?

　　C： Someone ate my lunch! 早上我買(mǎi)了一盒土豆沙拉放在冰箱里�，F在沒(méi)了!

　　M：Gone? Did you have your name on it?

　　C：Write your name on the box?是不是自己的飯還不知道呀?

　　M：外面買(mǎi)的飯，盒子看起來(lái)都差不多不少。If you dont have your name on it, 別人拿錯是很有可能的呀!

　　C：那倒是。不過(guò)，發(fā)生了今天的事， I dont think Ill ever forget to put my name on my lunch。

　　M：不過(guò)這冰箱確實(shí)是個(gè)大問(wèn)題。 Sometimes people bring their lunch, and later decide to go out to eat and forget about their food in the frig until it starts to smell。

　　C：是呀，有兩次我看到有東西都發(fā)霉了。I just have to throw them out. 得了，別說(shuō)了，真惡心。I have to find some lunch。

　　M：See you later。

　　C：Hi, Mary, ready to go home? Can I walk with you?

　　M：Sure. By the way, did you find out who ate your lunch?

　　A：A note of thanks is hand written on quality notepaper. It begins with a specific reference to the gift, remarks about its quality, why you appreciate it and how you will use it.
