　　It seems that despite describing themselves as ‘innovative’, many workers are anything but as they resort to the same dull and dreary buzzwords in their CVs. The list was compiled by business network LinkedIn which has 85million members, including more than four million in the UK. It found the term ‘motivated’ is the most well-worn catchphrase in the UK – compared to the U.S. where ‘extensive experience’ is the most popular。

　　innovative 來(lái)證明自己的人在現實(shí)生活中會(huì )是一個(gè)真正有創(chuàng )新思維的人。在針對全世界8千萬(wàn)應聘者的求職簡(jiǎn)歷調查中，研究人員驚奇地發(fā)現英國和美國求職者使用率最高的詞匯集中在2個(gè)詞語(yǔ)上，其中超過(guò)400萬(wàn)英國人喜歡用motivated(積極)來(lái)形容自己，而美國人喜歡用extensive experience(具有廣泛經(jīng)驗)來(lái)表現自己的能力。

　　Other unoriginal words that crop up include ‘entrepreneurial’ and ‘proactive’ said LinkedIn, which studied user profiles on its network. A spokesman said: ‘These phrases can appear empty to a potential employer and may do more harm than good when you include them in your profile or resume.‘If you’re using any of these ten terms, wipe them out.’
