　　Some people feel like they are always busy doing something all day long, but they still have a lot of things to do. It seems that the time is never enough. How can we spend our time effectively? Well, in my humble opinion, there are several tips that we can use.

　　有些人感覺(jué)他們整天都忙個(gè)不停，但是他們還是有好多事情要做�？雌饋�(lái)時(shí)間永遠不夠用。我們怎樣才能合理的利用時(shí)間呢?在我看來(lái)，有幾點(diǎn)建議可供大家參考。

　　First of all, we should make a list about the things we need to do today. The chef thing to remember is to do the things which are extremely critical first. Second, be concentrated. For the people, they may lack of self-control, they are easily got distracted by other things, thus it’s important for them to do the things according to the list. Don’t do other things unless you have finish your job. Last but not least, wake up earlier in the morning. You’ll find you have more time to do the things you want.

　　首先，我們應該為自己今天要做的事情列一張表。最重要的是要記住先做那些緊急的事情。其次，要專(zhuān)心。對于年輕人來(lái)說(shuō)，他們也許缺乏自控能力，很容易被其他事情分神。因此，按照單子做事情非常重要。做不完列表上的事，就不做其他的閑事。最后，早上起得早一點(diǎn)。你會(huì )發(fā)現你能有更多的時(shí)間來(lái)做你想做的事。

　　In a word, we should have a plan about the things we are going to do. Only in this way we can use time effectively.
