Our fifteen engineers visited your three manufacturing units for the last six months and they have submitted their final recommendations to my office. I am sending you the detailed report through fax with this letter. Your company will have a total savings of $350000 per year in case you are successful in implementing all the recommendations of our analyst engineers. The estimated cost in implementing the recommendation would be in the tune of $250000 initially.
