Stereotype 刻板印象

　　It is known to all that most western people think the Asian people are poor and rude, because they never come to their countries and only judge the Asian people from the media. While in our country, we also have stereotype of people from different zones. Such as when they talk about Guangzhou, others will think people there eat all kinds of food, or when they talk about Henan, they will think about bad reputation. This is not the right attitude for people to treat others, because the stereotype can’t present the fact. If we want to know others, we need to communicate with them.

　　翻譯：眾所周知，大多數西方人認為亞洲人又窮又粗魯，因為他們從來(lái)沒(méi)有去過(guò)這些國家，僅僅只是根據媒體報道來(lái)判斷亞洲人。不過(guò)在我們國家，我們對不同區域的人也有刻板印象。談?wù)摰綇V州時(shí)，其他人會(huì )認為廣州人什么東西都吃，談?wù)摰胶幽蠒r(shí)，他們會(huì )想到不好的名聲。以這樣的態(tài)度去對待別人是不對的，因為刻板印象并沒(méi)有真正展示事實(shí)。如果我們想了解其他人，應該是和他們溝通交流。
