每個(gè)人都應該有夢(mèng)想作文
隨著(zhù)因特網(wǎng)和電子郵件在商務(wù)領(lǐng)域中的普及應用，電子郵件禮儀已經(jīng)成為商務(wù)禮儀的一部分，并且對于客戶(hù)關(guān)系成敗的影響日益顯著(zhù)。如何寫(xiě)好一封商務(wù)電子郵件呢?Brody Communications Ltd.的總裁Marjorie Brody在其撰寫(xiě)的文章中提出以下建議：
1) 注意措辭：你也許認為自己的郵件淺顯易懂，但是有時(shí)侯卻遭到誤解。簡(jiǎn)單明了的郵件可以使你節省打電話(huà)發(fā)傳真澄清郵件意義的時(shí)間。
2) 不要“惹火”收件人：如果使用含有敵意的詞句或者批評的語(yǔ)氣(電郵禮儀中稱(chēng)之為“火焰”)，你會(huì )“惹火”對方并且造成糟糕的局面。電子郵件不是大家“筆伐”的工具，如果有問(wèn)題，與對方當面解決。
3) 提前通知收件人：盡量在發(fā)郵件以前得到對方的允許或者至少讓他知道有郵件過(guò)來(lái);確認你的郵件對他有價(jià)值。沒(méi)有人會(huì )喜歡垃圾郵件。收件人對于滿(mǎn)篇廢話(huà)的不速之“件”的態(tài)度通常是作為垃圾郵件處理一刪了之。
4) 不要發(fā)送私人或者機密郵件：即使你選擇“永久刪除”，許多軟件和網(wǎng)絡(luò )服務(wù)仍然可以訪(fǎng)問(wèn)硬盤(pán)上備份的信息。在你發(fā)送以前，仔細考慮如果別人(比如老板)看到這封信會(huì )發(fā)生什么情況。你當然不想老板看到你的私人郵件或者冒著(zhù)泄露客戶(hù)機密的風(fēng)險發(fā)送機密郵件。
5) 小心使用附件功能：附件越大，下載時(shí)間就越長(cháng)，占用收件人電腦空間就越多。有些附件可能毫無(wú)必要，也許收件人已經(jīng)有了。傳真或者郵寄那些冗長(cháng)的附件。
6) 小心使用抄送功能：你也許會(huì )把自己的郵件象備忘錄一樣抄送給其他同事或者客戶(hù)。不要濫用抄送功能，否則收件人會(huì )以處理垃圾郵件的方式一刪了之。
7)避免使用字符圖釋(emoticon)：你也許是網(wǎng)絡(luò )專(zhuān)家并且對于各種專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)和字符圖釋了如指掌，可是不要假設收件人和你一樣專(zhuān)業(yè)。
