這種題型，以前看人也介紹過(guò)，并且很詳細，這里把他們總結在一起。
首先辨別是租房還是買(mǎi)房。For lease 與for sale
房子的類(lèi)型有：flat, apartment, dormitory(dorm), student hotel, youth hostel
一般房子有的家電或設施有：
bedroom, kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, air-condition, electric fans, radiator, electric stoves
床上用品有
pillow, pillow case, bed linen, sheet, mattress, blanket, towel
房子位置：.
Road(Rd.), Street(St.), lane,
門(mén)廳的叫法：hall, lobby, porch
租房的規律為：
離市中心越近，房?jì)r(jià)越高，位置稍偏，價(jià)錢(qián)會(huì )比較有吸引力;但便宜的房子一般有不理想的地方：
not near the center, not near the railway station, fall from the bus stop, near the airport, noisy, shared kitchen, insects, a stranger in the next bed, have no privacy, have to prepare some repellant ,insects haunting.

2． 課外研究場(chǎng)景.
主要是在課外研究一些小的項目，小的調查研究，包括對學(xué)校里各個(gè)地方，食品(咖啡，小吃)等的價(jià)格的比較，這些看似不屑一顧的東西，個(gè)人認為，這也是與文化背景有關(guān)系的，外國人注重人的實(shí)踐能力，從小培訓，聽(tīng)說(shuō)他們中學(xué)生就開(kāi)始寫(xiě)長(cháng)篇的文章，看<成長(cháng)的煩惱>中那個(gè)小男孩本，研究毛毛蟲(chóng)，就可看出了：
這部分主要注意聽(tīng)力，特別關(guān)注的是人名，并注意先判斷男女。

newspaper, journal, periodical, current issues, reference books,category, catalog, date of expiry, be overdue, be due,
pay fines, loan, period circulation desk,
check out, reserve books, return in time, interlibrary service, can’t /mustn’t lend it to others.
Reserve books：指某一段時(shí)間比較搶手，熱門(mén)的書(shū)目，資料的租借時(shí)間縮短。如果很多同學(xué)想使用同一本參考書(shū)，圖書(shū)館就會(huì )reserve this book.
考點(diǎn)：作品名稱(chēng)，哪年出版，作者姓名，student card, library card，借出費用，幾時(shí)到期，欠款多少等。
4． 地理場(chǎng)景
一般是司機，導游，BBC programme介紹某個(gè)地方，城市的基本情況。
主要包括：

�。� 人口，語(yǔ)言風(fēng)土人情
�。� 好處，不利
�。� 吸引人之處

advantage/disadvantage:注意轉折詞匯的運用：however, nevertheless, on the other hand

5． 選課場(chǎng)景：
涉及選課主要是對語(yǔ)言的選擇：
Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, mandarin, standard Chinese, Cantonese, Spanish.
