　　教師是“太陽(yáng)底下最光榮的職業(yè)”，使命崇高，責任重大。作為一名小學(xué)教師，不僅要有優(yōu)美流暢的語(yǔ)言、廣博的知識、豐富的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，最重要的是要有愛(ài)心與責任心。愛(ài)與責任，是師德之魂。在新的時(shí)代和形勢下，要把愛(ài)與責任放在師德的首位。只有這樣在日常的教育、教學(xué)活動(dòng)中，才能體現出教師自身的價(jià)值和專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(cháng)的足跡。

　　沒(méi)有責任心那就不是一個(gè)好老師。沒(méi)有責任意識，就不明確自己的職守，不明確自己肩負的任務(wù)，那就做不好一個(gè)合格的老師。當代教師責任就是愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)、教書(shū)育人，為人師表；具有較強的社會(huì )責任。孩子的自我控制能力非常差，只有老師多督促，才能讓他們養成良好的生活、衛生習慣。小學(xué)教師有其工作的`特殊性，不僅要教給孩子們知識，而且要關(guān)注孩子們的飲食起居。要照顧好每一個(gè)孩子，不僅僅是在嘴上說(shuō)的，要體現在日常的生活中。多關(guān)心孩子和他們溝通，了解他們的想法，最后才能很好的掌握他們的習性，從而才能正確的引導他們。家長(cháng)把孩子送到學(xué)校，就是把家庭美好的希望寄托給了學(xué)校，我們教師有責任把孩子教好、保護好、培養好，有責任心讓家長(cháng)滿(mǎn)意放心，促進(jìn)家園和諧。

　　“Life of Pi” is such an exciting movie that most people enjoy watching it,especially for teenagers. It tells a story where a boy called Pi lives alone with a tiger in a boat in the middle of the ocean. The boy is both smart and brave. He learns to know how to live together with the tiger that may eat him at any moment. However, with so many difficulties, the boy and the tiger successfully reaches the land and saves their lives.

　　As is shown in the movie, when we are in trouble, not only should we be brave, but also smart. More importantly, we should never give up our hope when faced with hardships. Nothing is impossible if we believe in ourselves. As an old saying goes, "Where there is a will, there is a way."

　　War Horse was such a wonderful movie. This movie exceeded my expectations. It was moving, emotional, beautiful, and so heartwarming. Its sure to become a classic. You dont have to be a horse lover to love this movie.

　　There isnt a lot of blood, but you can still see the horrors of war and how intense it was for the soldiers and horses, as well as civilians. The Battle of the Somme scene was especially intense.

　　The acting was wonderful, the cinematography was beautiful, John Williams score was perfect, and the horses were so well trained! Spielberg has made a masterpiece!

　　看了石家莊市第十九中學(xué)范艷娜老師和石家莊實(shí)驗中學(xué)張永輝老師的英語(yǔ)閱讀示范課，我受益頗深。特別是在河北省石家莊市第一中學(xué)紀文華老師的課例評析后，我對這兩節課有了一個(gè)更深刻的認識。任何一節課都不可能是十全十美的，但有所側重，學(xué)生有所得，有所思，有所獲，便堪稱(chēng)完美。

　　眾所周知，高中英語(yǔ)閱讀教學(xué)涉及的不僅是學(xué)生能力的培養，更牽動(dòng)著(zhù)學(xué)生的注意力，觀(guān)察力，毅力及興趣動(dòng)機，情感的眾多心理素質(zhì)和思想道德藝術(shù)審美等社會(huì )文化素質(zhì)，調動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習的主觀(guān)能動(dòng)性必不可少。

　　通常，我會(huì )用一個(gè)視頻來(lái)導入新課，在吸引學(xué)生們注意力的同時(shí)，從視頻中提取信息引出課文中的思考。范艷娜老師通過(guò)汶川地震的圖片加音樂(lè )的插入，通過(guò)自己的語(yǔ)言讓同學(xué)們仿拂置身于那個(gè)處境，值得我的學(xué)習。

　　課上教師說(shuō)的每一句話(huà)都應該有所用，有所指，提問(wèn)一定要由表及里，循序漸進(jìn)，主要目的便是激發(fā)學(xué)生的主體思維。此外學(xué)習的主動(dòng)權在學(xué)生手中，教師的任務(wù)就是引導學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì )學(xué)習，學(xué)生只有掌握了科學(xué)有效的學(xué)習方法，接受新知識，才能舉一反三，觸類(lèi)旁通，更好的做到知識的遷移，并使學(xué)生終身受益。

　　在我教英語(yǔ)閱讀的過(guò)程中，我注意到學(xué)生們的詞匯量較少，語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐量也不多，歸納理解能力稍有欠缺。在以后的教學(xué)中，我一定會(huì )。指導學(xué)生認真預習，鼓勵學(xué)生踴躍參與培養學(xué)生的歸納理解能力，除此之外一定要增加語(yǔ)言的實(shí)踐量，延伸英語(yǔ)閱讀空間，讓學(xué)生們在閱讀中體會(huì )到學(xué)習的樂(lè )趣。
