　　I am writing this letter to apply for the post of receptionist in Five Star Hotels Private Limited. I came across the vacancy advertisement of your Hotel in Sunday Times dated 22nd June 2012. I consider myself as the most suitable candidate for the post of receptionist because I have been posted in a similar portfolio for the last ten years in the Four Star Hotels private Limited.

　　I have the required communication skills to interact politely with the loyal customers of the Hotel. I am ready to work in flexible working hours as per the requirements of the Hotel. I will always try my best to look after every requirements of the guest visiting our hotel. While working for Four Star Hotels private limited I have received the golden trophy thrice for best service reward.
