　　如今，到處都充斥著(zhù)垃圾食品，比如油炸的食物，這些食品吃起來(lái)很美味，因此很容易吸引人們的注意。

　　特別是對于孩子來(lái)說(shuō)，他們沒(méi)有節制地吃垃圾食品，身體變得不好。

　　所以為了保持健康，我們應該對垃圾食品說(shuō)不。
