推薦信的注意事項：
1． 推薦人的選擇：申請本科，班主任推薦是必須的，除了班主任之外，需要提供兩位老師的推薦（一個(gè)為文科老師，一個(gè)為理科老師，一般選擇英語(yǔ)和數學(xué)老師）。注意問(wèn)題：如果有實(shí)習等經(jīng)歷可以提供實(shí)習單位推薦，但是一定要有內容可寫(xiě)的，如果只是認識一些名校的校友之類(lèi)的就不需要提供了。
2． 推薦信的具體內容注意事項：A. 一定要從老師的角度出發(fā)，來(lái)考慮這些問(wèn)題。B. 提供實(shí)際的事例。比如：你上課喜歡問(wèn)問(wèn)題，那這種方式是否促進(jìn)了班級學(xué)習的積極性，輔助老師更好地教學(xué)增強了學(xué)習效率呢？有沒(méi)有印象特別深刻的問(wèn)題，體現了學(xué)生那方面的能力？課下是如何和老師聯(lián)系，探討了哪些問(wèn)題，讓老師感受到了你怎么樣的學(xué)習態(tài)度，學(xué)習進(jìn)展以及學(xué)習成果？成績(jì)是班上最好的，除了學(xué)術(shù)成績(jì)以外，你還有什么特別的優(yōu)勢或者素質(zhì)呢？作為班上成績(jì)最好的學(xué)生，你為老師，為同學(xué)，為班集體做了什么貢獻，比如以你自己的方式影響了同學(xué)，提高了他們的學(xué)習積極性或者對課程本身的理解，是通過(guò)哪些特殊的事情體現出來(lái)的`？

自薦信要求
1、求真務(wù)實(shí)。寫(xiě)自薦信務(wù)必本著(zhù)實(shí)事求是的態(tài)度，切不可弄虛作假。有些畢業(yè)生為了增加自己在人才市場(chǎng)的競爭力，弄虛作假，自欺欺人，涂改自己的學(xué)習成績(jì)，夸大自己的特長(cháng)，在是否當學(xué)生干部一欄自封幾個(gè)頭銜，在獎懲一欄憑空捏造幾項榮譽(yù)，這些錯誤思想和做法都很不足取。
推薦信顧名思義，主要是作為推薦之用，主要為了說(shuō)明被推薦人的優(yōu)秀以及推薦原因，所以要在推薦信中概括被推薦人的在校表現及先進(jìn)事跡或者獎勵經(jīng)歷等內容，比如“在校表現良好，尊敬師長(cháng)，團結同學(xué)，曾獲得XXX獎”等等，但是要注意的是，千萬(wàn)不要太過(guò)夸大其詞，要盡量根據自己的情況切合實(shí)際。

注意事項一
常常有學(xué)生把準備好了的推薦信拿來(lái)讓翻譯，寫(xiě)的比個(gè)人陳述還長(cháng)，其實(shí)這樣完全沒(méi)有必要。浪費時(shí)間還費力不討好。推薦人只要就學(xué)生的特質(zhì)著(zhù)重突出兩到三點(diǎn)即可。至于其它，一語(yǔ)帶過(guò)。這樣看起來(lái)有主有次，輕重分明。
注意事項二
推薦人一般都是請老師來(lái)充當。這種情況下，不用太多地提及學(xué)生平時(shí)是怎么做義工，從幾歲開(kāi)始會(huì )彈琴，課下有多么發(fā)奮圖強爭分奪秒地學(xué)習等等。因為大學(xué)老師基本都比較忙，更有很多是身兼數職的，他們根本沒(méi)那么多時(shí)間去跟一個(gè)學(xué)生接觸，并且去那么全面深入地了解學(xué)生。老師就是教課，更多的是從課堂上跟學(xué)生交流互動(dòng)，所以建議從這里入手。一個(gè)從教多年的老師，會(huì )很快看出一個(gè)學(xué)生對學(xué)習的態(tài)度和熱情，在那些方面有優(yōu)勢劣勢。作為推薦人，所陳述的內容應該是很有針對性地去評價(jià)學(xué)生的表現，對于學(xué)生的優(yōu)點(diǎn)長(cháng)處給予熱情的肯定并進(jìn)行推薦，而不是平平淡淡地把學(xué)生方方面面都夸一遍。
注意事項三
f.個(gè)人成就:在學(xué)校、工作或家庭中的特殊表現。如曾經(jīng)獲得某種獎學(xué)金、工作中表現優(yōu)秀等。g.特殊才能:語(yǔ)言、藝術(shù)、體育等方面的特殊能力。
有些推薦人也會(huì )是輔導員或者單位領(lǐng)導。對于輔導員，平時(shí)會(huì )跟學(xué)生見(jiàn)面較多，對于學(xué)生的生活，學(xué)習，心里等方面也比較清楚。那么在推薦時(shí)，就可以針對學(xué)生的性格，為人，或者學(xué)習工作的態(tài)度、方法從去說(shuō)明學(xué)生的潛質(zhì)和能力，從而進(jìn)行推薦。而作為領(lǐng)導，肯定要從工作表現去說(shuō)。比如創(chuàng )新，比如勤奮虛心好學(xué)等。但同時(shí)，也可以對學(xué)生在處理人際關(guān)系方面進(jìn)行贊揚。因為畢竟在社會(huì )上，除了努力工作以外，與人相處也大有學(xué)問(wèn)的，而出國又意味著(zhù)要面對世界各國的陌生人。
