I am supposed to graduate from Bussniess School of HuBei Uniersity of Tcchnology in international economy and trade in July 2011. The three -year education endowed me with a general knowledge and good command of professional knowledge，as well as basic computer knowledge. I have passed all the courses and achieved excellent grade. Outside classroom， I was very active and took part in different extracurricular activities. I have been doing many part-time jobs such as sales and others that you can see in my resume. 英文求職自薦書(shū)寫(xiě)作須知
1.語(yǔ)言表達要簡(jiǎn)潔明了，避免使用太多的專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)和過(guò)分復雜的句子。一方面用人單位不會(huì )在一份簡(jiǎn)歷上花費太多的時(shí)間;另外一個(gè)方面，簡(jiǎn)潔的語(yǔ)言表述也能體現出你珍惜他人的時(shí)間。
2.在求職自薦書(shū)的第一個(gè)段落當中應該明確地告訴對方你是在何家媒體看到應聘廣告以及所要應聘職位的名稱(chēng)，例如Your advertisement for (職位名稱(chēng))a Network Maintenance Engineer in (媒體名稱(chēng))the April 10 Student Daily interested me。這樣有助于對方了解招聘信息的.有效傳播途徑。

5.表現個(gè)人特色。求職的信件要具個(gè)人特色、親切且能體現出專(zhuān)業(yè)水平。切不可過(guò)于隨意，也不能拘泥于格式——商業(yè)信函應該是一種既正式、又非正式的文體。句子結構和長(cháng)度應富于變化，使閱信人總保持興趣。內容、語(yǔ)氣、用詞的選擇和對希望的表達要積極，應該充分顯示出你是一個(gè)樂(lè )觀(guān)、有責任心、有創(chuàng )造力和通情達理的人。
另外，還有一些內容雖然不屬于求職自薦書(shū)的一部分，但是也不能忽視，比如紙張的選用，一般采用品質(zhì)優(yōu)良的A4打印紙，正文用打印機打印出來(lái)。信件的結尾處簽名必須是自己的手寫(xiě)簽名。
