　　Fog lifted early. I worked in the garden.

　　Hummingbirds were stopping over the honeysuckle flowers.

　　There was nothing on earth I wanted to possess.

　　I knew no one worth my envying him.

　　Whatever evil I had suffered, I forgot.

　　To think that once I was the same man did not embarrass me.

　　In my body I felt no pain.

　　When straightening up, I saw blue sea and sails.

　　多么美好的一天!晨霧早早地散去了，我在花園里干活。蜂鳥(niǎo)歇在忍冬花上面。塵世間沒(méi)有什么我想占有，我知道沒(méi)有誰(shuí)值得我去艷羨。

　　所有我遭受的不幸已過(guò)眼云煙。

　　想到我依然是過(guò)去的那個(gè)人，我并不因此感到窘迫。

　　在我身上痛楚全無(wú)。

　　挺起身來(lái)，我看見(jiàn)碧海藍天，白帆隱現。
