外企漲薪11.6% 半數外企調高畢業(yè)生起薪
CPI高企，企業(yè)紛紛調薪。近日公布的薪酬調查報告顯示，2012年上海外資企業(yè)調薪幅度平均值為11.6%，有1/4的企業(yè)調薪幅度超過(guò)15%。
在這份薪酬調查報告中，制造型企業(yè)調薪幅度平均值為13.3%，非制造型企業(yè)為10.6%，高于2012年2-3個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。此次調研活動(dòng)共有180多家企業(yè)參加，從投資類(lèi)型來(lái)看，歐美企業(yè)超過(guò)75%。從行業(yè)來(lái)看，制造型企業(yè)接近1/4，服務(wù)型企業(yè)超過(guò)1/3。
調查顯示，2012年上海地區半數外企調高畢業(yè)生起薪。畢業(yè)生起薪中位值：大專(zhuān)學(xué)歷為2000元，本科學(xué)歷為3000元，碩士學(xué)歷為4500元，博士學(xué)歷為6500元。中智薪酬顧問(wèn)分析后認為，企業(yè)用人需求持續增加，企業(yè)在畢業(yè)生招聘市場(chǎng)的人才爭奪一定程度上提升了畢業(yè)生的起薪水平。另外，今年有41.3%的企業(yè)增加了招聘數量。
