外企面試英語(yǔ)情景對話(huà)
人物介紹: Cindy是應屆畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生,她成功通過(guò)校園招聘的筆試環(huán)節,來(lái)到夢(mèng)寐以求的這家外企面試,這是她的第二輪面試,與人力資源部總監Caroline的對話(huà)就此展開(kāi)。

場(chǎng)景一:見(jiàn)面問(wèn)好。
Caroline: Nice to meet you, Cindy. I’m Caroline,HRD of the company. Please have a seat.
Caroline: 很高興認識你Cindy。我是人力資源總監Caroline,請坐。
Cindy: Nice to meet you, Ms. Caroline.
Cindy: 你好Caroline女士。
場(chǎng)景二:測試應聘者對公司的了解程度。
Caroline: From reviewing your resume, I can see that you performed excellently inschool.What I want to know is why you think you’re right for this job.
Caroline: 從你的簡(jiǎn)歷,我可以看出你在校時(shí)很優(yōu)秀。我想知道為什么你認為你適合這份工作。
Cindy: I am always interested in news coming from your industry, and I’m deeplyimpressedby your company’s sales performance. To have risen 200-percent in the domesticmarket overjust the past three years is an incredible feat. I also admire and agree with theemployeedevelopmental values that the company has adopted. I find that my personal goalsand ideasabout business operations fit perfectly with the companys goals and missionstatement.
Cindy: 我一直關(guān)注你們行業(yè)的新聞,公司在過(guò)去三年里中國市場(chǎng)的業(yè)績(jì)增長(cháng)了兩倍,這給我留下了很深的印象。同時(shí)我也很喜歡貴公司培養員工的企業(yè)文化。我覺(jué)得我的個(gè)人發(fā)展目標、商業(yè)理念和公司的目標完全吻合。
Caroline: So you are well aware of our company. It appears that you have done yourfairshare of research.
Caroline: 你對我們公司很了解,看來(lái)你提前做了很多功課啊。
Cindy: Yes, in addition to judging whether I am the right fit for C&C, I believe that itsalsocrucial for me to know if this company is right for me. Ive been impressed by the serviceprovidedhere by everyone from the receptionist to the assistant. I am confident that I will havea veryrewarding and successful career here.

Caroline: Commitment to the company and the team is very important to us here.

Cindy: I am very responsible. Whenever I have been assigned to complete a certain task,myteacher and classmates could always count on me to achieve the stated task. There is alsononeed to remind me of what I should do. I enjoy intermingling and doing things with others.
Cindy: 我很有責任心,如果讓我負責一件事,老師和同學(xué)們都會(huì )很放心。而且我用不著(zhù)別人提醒我該做什么。我喜歡與人相處,以及和別人一起做事情。

Caroline: So what are your career objectives?And how do you perceive your owndevelopment ifyou were to assume this position?
Caroline: 那你的事業(yè)目標是什么?如果你獲得了這個(gè)職位,你對自己的發(fā)展有什么想法?
Cindy: I expect to have a good opportunity toput all of my knowledge into practice. I am adoer andI can contribute a great deal to the company. I hopethat within five years, I could leadan energetic andproductive marketing team.

Caroline: As a fresh graduate, what do you think is the most essential factor toestablishingand maintaining a good relationship with your future boss?
Caroline: 你現在剛剛畢業(yè),你認為和你未來(lái)的老板能夠建立并保持良好關(guān)系的最主要因素是什么?
Cindy: All the supervisors have rich experience. So first of all I will obey the demands ofthesupervisors. Secondly, I will ask their advice and maintain an open mind. Thirdly, when therearequestions, I will communicate in-depth with my supervisors to achieve a functional andpropersolution.
Cindy: 領(lǐng)導都是工作經(jīng)驗很豐富的人。首先我要服從領(lǐng)導的工作安排。第二呢,要虛心求教。第三,萬(wàn)一碰到疑問(wèn),我會(huì )及時(shí)跟領(lǐng)導深入溝通,找到一個(gè)合理的解決方案。
場(chǎng)景六:應聘者提問(wèn)時(shí)間到。
Caroline: Good, then do you have any question about our company?
Caroline: 好的,對于公司,你有什么問(wèn)題嗎?
Cindy: Could you tell me something about your training program?
Cindy: 能否介紹一下你們的培訓制度?
Caroline: In brief, we offer both in-house and off-site training to our AP or U.S.headquarters.We have a few daylong training sessions for topics like business writing skills andsoftware training.These sessions are available to everyone who applies. We also have avariety of other programsbased on each work function. Our program is essentially a job-rotation program, and we believe itis more effective than traditional on-the-job training.
Caroline: 簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō),我們既有在崗培訓,也有去亞太總部或美國總部專(zhuān)門(mén)培訓。我們采用整日課程來(lái)進(jìn)行商務(wù)寫(xiě)作和軟件操作一類(lèi)的培訓。每個(gè)人都可以申請參加。我們還針對各個(gè)職能安排了多種多樣的課程。我們的課程主要是輪崗,我們相信這比傳統的在職培訓要有效的多。

Caroline: Lastly, what’s your main consideration in your current job hunt?

Cindy: Potential growth opportunity. If a potential job does offer me an opportunity togrowand mature, I will find it very easy to devote my career to executing my responsibilities atthehighest level. I believe that your company will be a perfect place for me to grow and develop!
