2015如何準備實(shí)習面試？
Internships are often unpaid positions that last for a set amount of time -- a semester, a quarter or the entire summer, for instance. The interview process is the most important part of securing the internship.
實(shí)習職位通常都是沒(méi)有薪水的。實(shí)習時(shí)間從一個(gè)學(xué)期、一個(gè)季度到一個(gè)暑假不等。實(shí)習面試是確定你是否適合實(shí)習工作的最重要的方式。
1.Review the job description for the internship. You must fully understand what your potential employer expects you to accomplish during the course of your internship.
仔細查看實(shí)習職位說(shuō)明。你必須完全明白你的未來(lái)雇主需要你在實(shí)習期間完成什么樣的工作。
2.Obtain as much information about the interview as you can. Contact the person who called or emailed you to set up the interview, if necessary. Ask the person to identify the parties who will interview you, the interview length and whether you need to bring a writing sample with you.

4.Review the resume that you submitted to make sure that it lists the most relevant jobs and coursework that you thought of. Because you are approaching the interview stage, you likely submitted your resume to secure the interview.
重新看一遍你遞交的簡(jiǎn)歷，確保簡(jiǎn)歷上提及的工作經(jīng)歷和所學(xué)課程與實(shí)習職位有密切關(guān)聯(lián)，因為當你在面試的時(shí)候，簡(jiǎn)歷是必不可少的。
5.Prepare professional attire and appearance. Men should wear a suit and tie of conservative colors and fabric. Women should wear a two-piece, matched suit. Pantsuits and skirts are acceptable. Skirts should cover your thighs when you are seated.

6.Prepare answers for common interview questions, such as "Why do you want to work for us?" and "Tell me about yourself?" Although you cannot predict every question that you will be asked, preparing answers to these common questions helps you memorize the most relevant answers. You are likely to be asked about previous jobs, relevant classes and personal characteristics that make you a good fit.
為面試中常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題做好準備。面試中的常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題有“你為什么想來(lái)我們公司工作?”“說(shuō)說(shuō)有關(guān)你自己的情況?”盡管你不可能預測到面試中的所有問(wèn)題，準備這些常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題的過(guò)程中可以幫助你想起那些最相關(guān)的回答。你可能會(huì )被問(wèn)到以前的工作經(jīng)歷、相關(guān)的課程，還有你的性格等，做好準備會(huì )讓你應對得體。
7.Practice answering interview questions with a friend, a coworker or a family member. Doing so will ease nervousness on the interview day.
在你的朋友、伙伴或家人面前演練面試回答問(wèn)題的環(huán)節，這樣做可以讓你在面試當天不那么緊張。
