　　2適當時(shí)問(wèn)幾個(gè)問(wèn)題以示您對所申請的工作感興趣。因為這是電話(huà)對話(huà)，所以應避免一方唱獨角戲。

　　3結束交談。在會(huì )談?wù)邔δ愕馁Y歷有了充分了解并知道你對此工作感興趣，在你對公司有了充分了解并表示感興趣之后，就該結束面談了。你可以這樣說(shuō)：“Mary/John, I understand that youre busy and there is only so much we can measure on the phone. I hope I’ve given you enough information to realize that I have the qualifications for this position. Based on what youve shared with me ，I think we should meet what would be the convenient time ?”
