　　1、在英語(yǔ)面試中自我介紹時(shí)應該記住"3P原則"：Positive(自信)，Personal(個(gè)性)，Pertinent(中肯)。談吐自信，就是要積極地進(jìn)行自我肯定，讓英語(yǔ)面試的考官充分了解你的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與潛能。突出個(gè)性，就是要把自己與眾不同的特點(diǎn)發(fā)揮出來(lái)，強調自己的專(zhuān)業(yè)與能力。語(yǔ)氣中肯，就是要實(shí)事求是，不要言過(guò)其實(shí)，夸夸其談，也不要涉及和自己無(wú)關(guān)的事情。

　　3、在英語(yǔ)面試中靈活的應聘者往往會(huì )把"我"開(kāi)頭的話(huà)，變成"你"字打頭。例如，英語(yǔ)面試人說(shuō)："Will you please say something about yourself?"(請你談?wù)勛约旱那闆r好嗎?)應聘者則說(shuō)："Do you want me to talk about my personal life or to say something about the job?"(你想讓我談?wù)勎覀�(gè)人的生活呢，還是與這份工作有關(guān)的問(wèn)題?)這樣，你的談話(huà)就把面試人擺了進(jìn)去。這種談話(huà)的方式所產(chǎn)生的效果是不言而喻的。英語(yǔ)面試畢竟是面試人與應聘者互相溝通的一種場(chǎng)合，應聘者時(shí)常把面試人擺進(jìn)自己的談話(huà)當中去，自然而然就起到了互相溝通的作用。
