英語(yǔ)面試技巧分享

面試中最需要自信

普華永道人力資源部經(jīng)理姜周紅介紹說(shuō)，一般在進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)面試時(shí)，多是希望考查應聘者聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)的實(shí)際操作能力。小組討論是英語(yǔ)面試的重要一環(huán)，一般來(lái)說(shuō)，小組討論形式的面試其目的主要是要了解應聘者在團體中的工作反應。進(jìn)一步說(shuō)，面試官更多的是希望了解應聘者面對指責的態(tài)度。

姜周紅說(shuō)，在外企的面試中，除了筆試之外，面試中的英語(yǔ)部分以考查應用能力為主，所以應聘者在面試當中最需要的是自信、敢說(shuō)。不妨盡量采用簡(jiǎn)短明了的詞匯來(lái)表達自己的意思。另外，切忌在面試當中抬高自己貶低別人�；卮饐�(wèn)題盡量自然，并作為小組成員之一在自己的負責范圍內答題，也不要重復其他應聘者的答案。說(shuō)話(huà)要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過(guò)渡詞來(lái)給自己停頓和思考，同時(shí)，也使得自己的表述顯得口語(yǔ)化一些。

面試前了解一下企業(yè)文化

新橙英語(yǔ)培訓中心專(zhuān)業(yè)商務(wù)面試課程教師chie建議說(shuō)，學(xué)生的先期準備主要是個(gè)人情況和業(yè)務(wù)方面。專(zhuān)業(yè)英語(yǔ)的準備要充足，有時(shí)會(huì )被要求用英語(yǔ)解釋一個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)或解答一個(gè)技術(shù)問(wèn)題。所以，在面試前不妨去公司的英文網(wǎng)站了解一下企業(yè)文化，這對與老板面談會(huì )有幫助的。

chie介紹說(shuō)，英語(yǔ)面試目前的趨勢是通常設在一個(gè)類(lèi)似于接待室的地方，而非特別準備的會(huì )場(chǎng)，由2－3個(gè)人負責面試。

外國人作為考官進(jìn)行面試時(shí)，由于他們與我們的思維方式、習慣以及文化有所差別，因此必須熟悉他們的理解方式和語(yǔ)言表達方式。不同公司對外語(yǔ)水平的要求不同，有的只具備用外語(yǔ)接聽(tīng)電話(huà)的水平即可，也有的要求用外語(yǔ)從事一般性工作。因此，應聘者必須準確了解應聘公司的外語(yǔ)使用程度和目的等信息后，再做出相應的對策。

教育背景：簡(jiǎn)明扼要，實(shí)話(huà)實(shí)說(shuō)

盡管你在簡(jiǎn)歷中對自己的教育背景作了介紹，但在面試時(shí)，面試官還有可能就此方面提問(wèn)。還是事先做點(diǎn)準備吧。

①I(mǎi):what is your major?

A:My major is Business Administration. I am especially interested in“Marketing”。

（不僅回答了問(wèn)題，還順帶一句介紹了自己較為感興趣的方面，簡(jiǎn)明扼要。）

②I:Which university are you attending?

A:I am attending×××University.

③I:Have you received any degrees?

A:Yes. First, I received my Bachelor degree in English Literature, and then an MBA degree.

④I:What course did you like best?

Aroject Management. I was very interested in this course when I was a student. And I think it's very useful for my present work.

⑤Io you feel that you have received a good general training?

A:Yes, I have studied in an English train-ing program and a computer training program since I graduated from university. I am currently studying Finance at a training school.

工作經(jīng)驗：顯露實(shí)力，避免炫耀

①I(mǎi):Have you ever been employed?

②I:Your resume says you have had one-year experience working in a foreign representative office in Shanghai, may I ask why you left?

A:I worked in a foreign rep.office for one year.However,I left there two years ago because the work they gave me was rather dull.I found another job that is more interesting.

③I:Have you done any work in this field?

④I:What qualifications do you have that make you feel you will be successful in your field?

⑤I:What have you learned from the jobs you have had?

A:I have learned a lot about business know how and basic office skills. In addition, I learned at my previous job show to cooperate with my colleagues.

⑥I:What's you major weak point?

A:I haven't been involved in international business, so I don't have any experience, but I have studied this course in the International Business Training Center of the×××Company.

⑦I:What are your greatest strengths?（實(shí)話(huà)實(shí)說(shuō)好了，不必客氣，但應注意語(yǔ)氣和表情，不要給人炫耀之感。）

⑧Ilease tell me about your working experience.

⑨Ioes your present employer know you are looking for another job?

A:No, I haven't discussed my career plans with my present employer, but I am sure he will understand.
