2，申請人及每位年滿(mǎn)18周歲及以上的隨行家庭成員完整填寫(xiě)“家庭信息表”(IMM5645)，請使用中英文或中法文填寫(xiě);
3，申請人及每位年滿(mǎn)18周歲及以上的隨行家庭成員完整填寫(xiě)“教育和就業(yè)細節表”，請使用中英文或中法文填寫(xiě);
4，申請人及每位隨行的家庭成員每人需遞交兩張相同的在最近六個(gè)月內拍攝的彩色或黑白照片，背景為純白色或淺色。相片外框大小為35毫米X 45毫米。每張照片后以拼音注明此人的姓名及出生日期(日/月/年)。
5，申請人及每位隨行的家庭成員的有效護照。每本護照須包含除最后一頁(yè)外的至少一整頁(yè)空白頁(yè)、且護照必須在行程前至少六個(gè)月有效。
6，兩份用中文寫(xiě)有申請人現住址的粘性貼紙 (無(wú)需信封)。
7，如有第三方人士幫助你準備此次申請，請填寫(xiě)代理人信息表(IMM5476E)。
8，18歲以下的申請人需有其未隨行父/母出具的同意其旅行的父母同意函，此函應包含申請人旅行日期及其父母聯(lián)系方式等信息。
9，加方雇主簽字的現存雇傭關(guān)系的確認函，此函須包含雇主的姓名、地址、電話(huà)和傳真號碼;還須包含申請人的職務(wù)、收入和起聘日期。
訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者工作簽證申請材料
1. Original passport or travel document including at least one blank page, and valid for at least one month from the date you intend to leave Canada.

2. Four passport-size photos (colour or black and white) taken within the past 6 months and including the date of birth (day/month/year) and applicant’s name clearly printed in pinyin on the back of each photo.

-brief deion of research to be undertaking in Canada;
-the goals of the research its relationship to applicant’s academic pursuits in China;

-what remuneration or funding applicant will be receiving.

10. One original employment letter from current employer in China granting leave of absence, and including the following information; applicant’s name, position and current salary. This letter must include employer’s name and address in Chinese characters as well as telephone and fax number.
