2. 加拿大留學(xué)簽證政策變革二 限定學(xué)生可申請學(xué)校范圍
Studypermits will only be issued to successful applicants whoare pursuing studies atan educational institution that has been designated toreceive internationalstudents.
只有去加拿大指定的具有招收國際學(xué)生資格的教育機構，才能會(huì )頒發(fā)學(xué)生簽證。
3. 加拿大留學(xué)簽證政策變革三 學(xué)生簽證享受每周不超過(guò)20小時(shí)工作時(shí)間
Studypermits will automatically authorize the holder to workoff-campus for up to 20hours per week during the academic session andfull-time during scheduled breakswithout the need to apply for a separate workpermit. The study permit holdermust be pursuing academic, vocational orprofessional training of six months ormore that leads to a degree, diploma orcertificate at a designated institution.
獲得學(xué)生簽證的學(xué)生，會(huì )被自動(dòng)授予校外工作許可(上課期間每周不超過(guò)20小時(shí)，放假時(shí)可以全職)，而不需要另外在申請。允許打工的學(xué)生必須是正在接受6個(gè)月以上的學(xué)習的學(xué)生。
4. 加拿大留學(xué)簽證政策變革四 實(shí)習工簽限定政府認可教育機構
Onlyinternational students who are pursuing studies at asecondary school or at adesignated institution may apply for a Co-Op WorkPermit if a co-op placement isan integral part of their course of study.
學(xué)生只有在加國指定院校申請才能申請Co-Op工作許可。
5. 加拿大留學(xué)簽證政策變革五 訪(fǎng)問(wèn)簽證持有人在加拿大境內可申請學(xué)生簽證
Visitorsmay apply for a study permit from within Canada if theyare at the pre-school,primary or secondary level, are on an academic exchangeor a visiting student ata designated learning institution, or have completed acourse or program ofstudy that is a condition for acceptance at a designatedlearning institution
交換生和訪(fǎng)問(wèn)生(包括學(xué)前、小學(xué)和中學(xué))可以在加拿大境內申請學(xué)簽。
6. 加拿大留學(xué)簽證政策變革六 畢業(yè)后學(xué)生簽證有效期90天后失效
A studypermit becomes invalid 90 days following the completionof studies unless theforeign national also possesses a valid work permit oranother authorization toremain in Canada.
學(xué)生畢業(yè)后，學(xué)簽的有效期將自動(dòng)變成90天。除非轉工簽或者其他合法途徑，否則無(wú)法繼續合法逗留在加國。
7. 加拿大留學(xué)簽證政策變革七 等候工簽辦理期間可全日制工作
Eligibleinternational graduates will be authorized to workfull-time after their studiesare completed until a decision is made on theirapplication for aPost-Graduation Work Permit.
留學(xué)生畢業(yè)后從申請了畢業(yè)工簽開(kāi)始就可以在加拿大合法工作，除非畢業(yè)工簽被拒了(一般不會(huì ))。
總體來(lái)說(shuō)，新的留學(xué)政策有四個(gè)大的方向改動(dòng)。
1)優(yōu)化了留學(xué)群體。把教育機會(huì )給想踏踏實(shí)實(shí)在加拿大讀書(shū)的學(xué)生。
2)規范了留學(xué)市場(chǎng)。政府對選擇留學(xué)生群體時(shí)更加明確。
3)寬松了打工政策。全日制學(xué)生，學(xué)簽=工簽。不需要額外申請打工許可。
4)加速了落實(shí)意向。學(xué)生在畢業(yè)以后三個(gè)月必須明確和落實(shí)自己的意向，比如繼續讀書(shū)還是換工簽就業(yè)。不然就必須離開(kāi)加國。
