Most often, adults go to school to further their education in hopes of salary increases, chances for promotion, or they go to school for change, hoping to enter into a better field or pursue a field that they have a deep-rooted passion for.
In conclusion, the importance of having adult education overshadows the difficulties in pursuing your degree later in life. Given that most colleges and universities have tailored their programs to fit adult student's needs and schedules, going back to school for adult education is feasible and highly advisable. First of all, the system is not good for students’ mental health. Every student just has one chance per year after they have prepared for three years in school. It is too cruel for them. They may have some mental problems if they fail in the exam. Besides, we all know that time is precious. They can do many things in one year. But if they give up the opportunity to go to university after one failure, they will lose the chance to receive higher education.
