　　Fire Drill Notice

　　A Fire Drill will be held on Monday afternoon. All staff mustobserve the following procedure:

　　1.In the event of a fire, the ALARM will ring. On hearing the firealarm, all staff should evacuate the building by the appropriatefire exits. The assembly area is the staff car park at the rear ofthe building.

　　2.If you are not at your place of work at the time, don’t go back to it to collect personalbelongings.

　　3.Evacuate the building even if the alarm stops.

　　4.If you discover a fire, shout “Fire” and operate the nearest fire alarm. Attack the fire with anextinguisher but don’t take any risks.

　　5.Don’t return to your place of work until your Fire Marshal gives the all-clear.

　　If anything is unclear, inform 2456.

　　消防演習通知

　　星期一上午將舉行一次消防演習，全體職工必須遵守以下程序：

　　1.當發(fā)生火災時(shí)，警報器就會(huì )響。一聽(tīng)見(jiàn)報警聲，全體職工應由最近的消 防通道撤離大樓。聚集地點(diǎn)在大樓后面的職工停車(chē)處。

　　2.如果當時(shí)你不在你的工作地點(diǎn)，不要回去取個(gè)人物品。

　　3.即使警報器停止也要撤離大樓。

　　4.如果發(fā)現有火，要叫“失火了”，同時(shí)打開(kāi)最近的消防報警器，使用滅火 器滅火，但不要冒任何危險。

　　5.在消防隊長(cháng)解除警報之前，不準返回工作地點(diǎn)。
