書(shū)信(Letter)
書(shū)信的格式是：信頭(發(fā)信人的地址和日期)，位于信紙的'右上角;信內地址(收信人的地址，私人信件可省去)，位于信頭下兩行左邊;稱(chēng)呼，位于信內地址下;正文，位于稱(chēng)呼下，縮進(jìn)兩個(gè)字符;署名，位于正文下兩行右邊;簽名，位于結尾下。如：

通知(通告)(Notice)
通知(通告)是要告知某種信息而使用的一種文體。形式有：在通知(通告)上方居中寫(xiě)上Notice字樣作為標題;無(wú)稱(chēng)呼語(yǔ)，通知中用第三人稱(chēng);出通知單位或負責人名字應寫(xiě)在正文最后的右下方，或放在標題之上，作為標題的.一部分，這樣最后不再署名;出通知的日期寫(xiě)在正文右下方，應在單位名的下一行。如：

啟事是一種公告性的通知，需要向公眾說(shuō)明什么事情，要求什么幫助都可以采用。把啟事內容的`要點(diǎn)作為標題寫(xiě)在啟事的上方正中;啟事的日期寫(xiě)在右上方;啟事者名稱(chēng)在右下方;不用稱(chēng)呼語(yǔ)。如：

留言條(Message left)
一般用于熟人之間在某一場(chǎng)合直接留言。留言時(shí)往往簡(jiǎn)明扼要，格式也較簡(jiǎn)單。日期可寫(xiě)年、月、日，也可寫(xiě)星期幾、上下午，或幾點(diǎn)鐘。名字一般只用姓或名，如雙方不熟悉，也可用全名。語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)是用詞隨便通俗，比較接近口語(yǔ)。如：
